can you link the video to the profile hack to get better color on the 4 head?

My powder recommends curing at 340 for 5 min. We use a heat press hovered over the film. What could be causing the powder to cure unevenly? Some spots look perfect, othera crack and others look sandy.

Heat press hovering over the film is definitely not the best way to cure your transfers. That being said, you'll need to move the transfer around under your heat press as it's not really designed for radiant heating but direct contact so it will have hot and cold spots. I would turn your transfer halfway through the curing time.

is it normal, after having created the color knockout and halftone, for the print to have transparent material of the film in the holes of the halftone pattern? I wonder if its caused by the heat melting over those areas from the press...?

that could be some adhesive powder sticking in the holes. You could also try a lower frequency number for larger holes

this halftone dtf will be very ugly and also easily come out or break. mostly does not look natural. it never smooth the gradient because the white under the base not 100% match or hide or cover,.... big reason is ink will be like a plastisol ink. it never loos plastisol ink as screenprint.
