Nah if I was her husband, I'd absolutely let her get the sleep she needs. Sleep is ESSENTIAL to EVERY ASPECT of your health. Chronic sleep deprivation can shorten your lifespan and lead to a myriad of health problems. either HE needs to resolve his problem, or he needs to deal with her doing what she needs to for her health. Otherwise, he's not loving her.

This is not funny at all. My sister had the same issue but it was a medical problem called Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) and if it goes untreated it can cause damage to one's heart. My sister died almost 10 years ago n if she had only heeded medical advice and used a C-Pap or Bi-Pap machine she may still be here with me now.

It usually happens because your airway closes up in the middle on the night. Try breathing normally through your nose. Now hold a tissue over your nose and blow your nose. Snoring is the sound in between the two. A CPAP machine keeps the airway open so you won't snore. There are also devices that look like dental retainers that can keep your mouth open enough to breathe through it without snoring.
