Persistent Sinus problems with or without nasal polyps or candida / yeast infection on the tongue could be an early warning sign of a bigger future problem. Please do NOT ignore this advice. Do a medical check-up for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) as your symptoms may be originating from a form of Hiatal Hernia and/or an H. pylori infection ( I had to do an endoscopy with biopsy to confirm this as it did not show in my blood or stool even though it was in my stomach). You would be surprised how problems with your gastrointestinal tract affect your overall well-being. Other symptoms may include Anxiety, vertex headaches, chest discomfort, shoulder and neck tension/ discomfort, unexplained weight loss and difficulty gaining weight, iron deficiency, anemia, dizziness, nausea, fatigue, loss of appetite, shortness of breath, sudden severe cold (because of air trapped within the GI tract, palpitations (high pulse), high blood pressure especially at night or while asleep or even slightly low blood pressure,

Keto and intermittent fasting. The combination really does help. I recommend to have your polyps removed to have a clean slate. You don’t have to stay on keto, but heal your body first then go from there.

@@lewiswilliams6331 interesting...so I have been on Keto for about a year and every other day is different for me in terms of food tastes. Many things have an earthy, mouldy taste. Did that change when you had these removed? I have always had sinus issues, but maybe heightened on Keto?

@@gsm156 . I haven’t noticed a change with my taste, while on keto or after having my polyps removed. Things don’t taste earthy as you’ve described. Before keto and while on keto; having polyps and post polyps removal, things taste the same for me.

I have been to my doctor in England they’ve sent me for a CT scan the CT scan shows a large nasal polyp they have given me tons of medication to try and shrink it but nothing works they refused to take it out by surgery and they told me to live with it. It really is getting on my nerves every day is a stress and struggle and if I receive any bad news or if I’m rushing to get some work done it feels like it’s gonna explode in my nose if anyone knows what to do please help me I feel like doing myself in

I cut down on my coffee and chogolate intake and I can breath much better. It's the left nostril that has always been the one that has given me the problem ,I had it removed years ago but it came back. I am a pig for chocolate I cut down dramatically and I can breathe much better.

no but the Benzalkonium Chloride thats one of the ingredients in flonase and a bunch of others makes you rebound when you dont take it so thats how they set you up so you keep taking it

Try prednisone to shrink them and elimination diet. Start with maybe rice add one thing back at a time for a few weeks in between to see what is the allergy causing them. Definitely cut alcohol and vinegar. Something about the fermentation process

Sulphites seem to be my main trigger. Naturally present or added. Alcohol does seem to be the worst offender. I've given up alcohol completely. I was never even a proper social drinker.

Your comment was a year ago so I don’t know if you’re still suffering. I had polyps for the last 30 years, constant sneezing, puffy face, loss of smell, 2 sinus ops. The works. I started taking Lugols iodine, 12% solution, 4 drops a day in water plus I started the Carnivore diet at the same time so I can’t be sure which it was but after 5 weeks of this regime, all my health issues reversed, stiff shoulder, fibrocystic breasts, fibroid and the biggest surprise was I swallowed something yucky and could suddenly breathe properly again after years and years! The polyps just disappeared. Hope this helps.

Not every illness can be treated with an herb. In Ayurveda, the traditional medical system of India, nasal polyps have been treated for nearly 3,000 years at least, and the treatment plan since ancient times has been herbs to shrink the polyps where possible - exactly the same as how we use corticosteroids to shrink polyps - and in cases where the polyps don't respond to those herbs, they do surgery.

identifying the allergen causing the problem and eliminating that would be a better long-term answer. Many people are sensitive to certain things in their diet ( which is probably why some find keto and intermittent fasting helpful ).
