Had the gyno issue very often years ago. Letrozole worked miracles! Now I keep letro on hand just in case, but just take .5mg arimidex every 3 or 4 days and never had another issue. But trust me, I had bad gyno. Pain...showed thru my shirt. Letro at around 1.25mg a day for a few weeks and it is 95% gone. I know it's likely there still, but can't feel it or see it. I'm no doctor, but letrozole is golden!

i took huge amounts of steroids for years and always had puffy nipples and never took any ai. i went and got it checked out finally when i stopped taking steroids and the doctor said i didnt have gyno. so puffy nipples doesnt always equal gyno breast tissue growth... though i did have lactation on deca and tren that lasted well into my off cycles

No Aromasin will not "kill" all estrogen if you take the right dose. Start with 6mg every day then adjust if needed.

Nolvadex blocks estrogen from binding to receptors. Estrogen is still in your blood, but ineffective at certain locations. Arimadex decreases estrogen production. I have found nolvadex is good for mild cycles just to prevent puffy nipples. arimadex is easy to overdo it, but is the best for well being when taken at the right dose. It will negatively effect cholesterol levels, so keep that in mind.

Unfortunately, I had a very similar issue--was nearly impossible to find a doctor that knew how to treat gyno with drugs like Raloxifen/Nolvadex and "AIs" like Arimidex/Letro. I talked to 4 before I found the right doctor. I agree with Petarpsus below--find a new doctor that will treat the gyno pharmaceutically first. However, young man, don't try to just buy something and do this yourself. Talk to your parents, and seek out a knowledgeable endocrinologist.

I don't think finsterride is right for me, I just have to deal with going bold. I still look good in a t shirts, as in nothing sticks out, so might just wait a bit. In the past my man boobs stuck out, when wearing t shirts before surgery. Doctors don't have you best interest at heart, you need to get tamoxifen, before taking finsrerride. I was the unlucky one, some don't have these side effects

Your insurance will cover it if they deem it necessary. So go get your blood work done. Be prepared to fight your insurance company though. If you are 1 point over what they deem the low they will deny you and say you are still in the normal range. If you decide to go the self medicated route, the initial cost will be around 1-2000 for your first year due to the frequent blood work you ll need to dial in your meds, but after that the cost drops to around 3-600 a year. Remember TrT is for life in most cases, so don't jump on the bandwagon just because. Make sure you need it, or just do your normal cycles of roids if you really want to go that route. Blood work is key no matter what route you take when getting into TrT, or PEDs.

@@asdfkhieee if your going to do it yourself you could spend about 80 US dollars and be covered for 500 weeks if you only take 200mg a week (which imo is perfect) or roughly 9 and a half years. You don't need blood work if your only taking 200-300 a week. For trt purposes 200 will suffice perfectly.

I didn’t take any AIs at first I definitely have a little mass u set my right nipple now though and some puffiness so I just took.25 of armidex with my shot today and I’m lowering my testosterone down to 150mg 3 times a week to eee how that goes. FAnimaniac it’s a direct inhibitor of the aromatase enzyme and is in the same class of drugs as arimidex notice the similar names anastrozole between letrozole. Except letrozole is much more potent in binding to the aromatase enzyme only thing is it kills to much estrogen and can lead to negative sides but in theory it kills gyno better than everything

What he is saying about anavar is this; you cannot get gyno from anavar alone per say. But if your on test alone, and add anavar, or any non-Aromatizing androgen, it will compete with the test at the receptor site. This will displace test into circulation increasing the amount of test available to aromatize. This will require increased AI or decrease test dose. I believe.

I started getting "bitch tits" on first week of trt. Scary. When I did pre-treatment blood work, my estrogen levels were low; so not sure of what to think. My Dr. seems doubtful that I CD have it based on the dosages I've received. I got 200 mg at first treatment, and self injected 100 mg for second. I don't think I'm being paranoid. They became sore after first treatment and now seem larger. Almost as if I've been benching a lot, but haven't been to the gym in two weeks. Any opinions?
