As the name implies, this Wounded Warrior Project’s Home Base Program is very intense, says Laura Harward, LICSW, director of the Intensive Clinical Program. Under the charge of experienced specialists, veterans and service members receive 11-12 hours of care per day for the two-week program - from integrative therapies like yoga or art therapy to skill building and group therapies to cognitive-based care.
