Im 46 years old. I had 3 stents put in yesterday. One of my arteries was 99% blocked, the other was 95% blocked. I went in for the angiogram test and they almost wanted to do a bypass surgery on me. I am home now. I was having chest pain and shortness of breath. It all happened very quickly. Im still kinda in shock. I think I was on the verge of having a heart attack any day by the way the Dr explained it to me. Im still very scared.

I just had a stent put in a couple of days ago. I was suffering from sudden chest pain almost daily. They found a 95% blockage in my left main. I already feel better and can walk up the stairs in my house without being out of breath or having my blood pressure shoot up. Which reminds me. My BP would suddenly shoot up to the 200's for no reason at all then the chest pain would start. My first trip to the hospital resulted in them just giving me a ton of BP meds which didn't seem to help after a few months. I already feel better and after a couple of days I'll be out and about walking around again.

Highest bmi? 25 best stick with fat percent if you lift heavy. What you do for exercise depends on your heart condition. I have three stents but no heart damage. I do anything I want to. And the stent should be the medicated type which is to prevent clothing or white blood cell attacking your stent.and yes plavix and aspirin. As for exercise he told me to walk daily. I was 57 when I had my myocardial infarction. Wasent a very painful attack. Just made me feel poorly. I was driving a semi truck. Went to hospital the following day.

The sound quality on this video is such a low standard. What's with the machinery noise? Surely an established company, especially in the profitable game of US health could find a competent video producer to deliver a professional result. If you know theres 70% block, you aren’t also taking care of yourself. If you want to wait till it’s 80-90, you might not get chance, 1st heart attacks could kill or severely disabled you.
