However the past 6 months have been extremely trying for me and I haven't been under the care of a therapist to talk things out. I shouldn't have waited this long for things to get this bad but I'm desperately holding on to hope that things will get better and soon.

Ok so a couple things I have a few friends with considerable amounts of money and I could tell you what Jake is saying has A LOT Of validity to it. I have known these guys for years and even when they were way young there focus was always on money .. oddly they have money but they are very ,very ,very cheap guys .. They put there money in the bank but they hardly ever spend it. The guy who is like my second Dad goes around in old worn out clothes and his house is a run down piece of crap. You would never guess that guy to have money . His house is disgusting . What's interesting these same people were and are the most happiest when they spend there money on other people they actually only seem to make money when there spending it on other people. When they don't spend there money on people then there money freezes up .. I've watched my second Dad lose a LOT of money ever since he stopped giving . But Jake is correct if you were born with that I don't need it attitude or Money doesn't make happiness attitude you will not attract it. You have to reprogram the mind.

Understand certain basic things first: mind is movement and your body is nothing but the manifestation of that movement. Your dis-ease originated in your mind by negative thinking over a period of time and ultimately manifested in your body as physical result. Medicine only treats symptoms, the body, but we need to treat the cause of it, and that’s the programming in your subconscious mind. Do this: write out EXACTLY how you want to be health wise, be specific in that. How would you feel? What would you do? How would spend your days? What would your friends, families reaction to your vitality be? Be very descriptive and detailed and then what you need to do is plant it in your subconscious mind. Now how do you do that? Through REPETITION WITH EMOTION. Read it, write it, record and listen to it, visualize it over and over and over again. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS: DON’T QUIT! Your mind is not going to believe it right away, but as you keep doing it and seeing it and feeling it, your subconscious mind will accept it and move it into form. Affirm your wellbeing and disregard anything on the physical plane that speaks contrary to that. I hope you will apply that and if you do, health and well-being will be yours because it already is, now start to become aware of this :) Have a beautiful day!
