Just phenomenal. I listen/read Joe Dispenza stuff constantly. Always hitting the right nerve. I love hearing him acknowledge his own insecurities, that he, too, has to reign his thoughts and emotions in from time to time. Makes doing the work and following his lead, guidelines, philosophies that much more relevant and motivating.

He looked like he was going to faint because i was even so much as talking to him omg. But I was just like 🧐🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️. So it actually also is not true how ppl say u attract what u are, kuz i was chill af and that guy was just about losing his mind over me 😭🤣🤣🤣 it was hilarious, and adorable tbh. I was intending my dude be more reciprocal etc in some certain ways tho, and I was open to receive etc and then suddenly several guys started trying to pursue/chase me 😬🤌 as I made that space. Often they will say the specific things I intended and that's odd bkuz these are basically strangers saying things a significant other/life partner would say. It can get weird. So uh, there's that that can happen too 🤣🤣😭 Voids tend to automatically be filled. Like when you align yourself and elevate and suddenly maybe a striking number of ppl are attracted to your light, tho that isn't always a good thing... but for sure ppl are attracted like moths to a light tbh. And when I meditate and empty my mind and I'm all zen, and then suddenly my mom will come round and feel the need to literally fill my brain with her chaotic messy dramatic nonsense. But yeah when you are vibing high and allowing, etc, it often will result in some hardcore interest like full on, hopefully from your significant other but I do tend to attract a load of riffraff as well 🤷♀️ lol sighh.

Here is what I learned: you have to want something more than you experience the feelings of not having it. I can’t believe how magical this life actually is when you no longer chase anything but witness it coming towards you because you wanted it. Edit: to better sum it up- don’t allow yourself to experience the absence of what you want (or even need). Most “lack” is a false idea about the future. We’re made to speculate but not worry so… let’s say you’re running low on funds and the mind is running into worse case “I’ll be homeless soon”. Deliberately choose “I got this, I will use this time wisely” and then NEVER take action from a stressed place.

He said “focusing on the past keeps us in survival mode, (creation can’t happen from there)” & that was all I needed to hear today help me along on my journey. It explains what’s been going on with me over the last 2 years. Those words brought the release I needed. This is the lightest I’ve felt in a loooong time. This chat isn’t about relationships for me. It's so true. Break the programming, and change thoughts to the positive. I've turned my life around, and PTSD is a thing of the past, by having quiet time, meditation and listening to certain audiobooks, keeping away from abusive types, and from having bonds with people who are unsuitable. I've realised it's not my place to fix everything and everyone's problems, and that codependency has been replaced with only doing things which are appreciated by others. I'll never change my kind nature, but have developed more discernment. I now live a very quiet life, it's lovely. Right enough, good things are coming, got a new job, and feel better about everything. Negative thoughts are necessary occasionally, but I definitely dwell on nice things now, and it makes such a difference.

Please don't stop telling that in comments. People can't hear that enough. Especially with Dr. Joe videos. Such inspirational stories being shared are what's changing my life and the world. Share share share. It matters because the professionals can teach how to do it but without the students doing the work and confirming their story then beginners or people with limiting beliefs only think it works but only for the rich, gifted, special and highly educated. It wasn't until I started reading the 1000s of comments like yours that I started believing what he teaches could work for anyone including me. It takes practice, persistence and Patience and.trusting the process. Listening to him and other people's interviews everyday was what I had to do for myself.dr Joseph Murphy, Dr Bruce Lipton, Neville Goddard and 100s more from around the world from thousands of yrs ago to present, from every culture or religion I learned their powerful messages of encouragement on how they found the peace that passes all understanding and drive to share their testimony with the world was what has kept me going.im so grateful for Dr Joes work today because he's used his platform as a Dr to bring the scientific data to prove whats happening when we meditate. I just started doing Mudras, tantras, and using color and sound therapy while meditating on my energy centers and OMG when I did his go love meditation and pictured myself as a 7yr old giving my heart as an adult into my inner child heart I cried so hard for the first time in 5yrs my heart opened and my other chakras followed I'm excited to have hope for the first time in decades and riding this thi g called life out with a blast❤❤❤good luck ❤

I wish every person whose been hurt and chose not to do the work and heal would listen to this. Frankly it should be mandatory. What a different world it would be. Way too many unhealed toxic folks walking the earth. This is why it’s so hard to find someone at the age I am. People are settling and staying in relationships or dating all the wrong ones. I’ve done the work and continue to do so. I’m healthy and happy. I’m also ok staying single because settling isn’t an option for me. I love my life and love that I’ve arrived to this place. Hard work though. I pray this for everyone.

Mandatory? The fact it is not mandatory is the reason you find it difficult to find someone? Everyone your age is "settling" in bad relationships, due to unhealed toxicity? So you would literally compel someone else to conform to your world view so you can get laid? For such a loving person you assume and project a lot of very negative things about people and their relationships. Maybe most people "your age" have figured a few things out you haven't and maybe they are happy in relationships. Maybe "there are more things in heaven and earth..." (and relationships).... Than are dreamt of in your philosophy ..."

you will love this ~ Picture a child you love very much at the age of 2 years old. Imagine this child before you and focus on the feelings of love you have for this child. Focus on your love for the child until it has expanded so much that you are smiling and feeling joy. After you have maintained this feeling for a few minutes, move this child to the side and see coming into the side view ~ yourself at the age of 2. See yourself before you now at the age of 2 and keep focusing on the feelings you built up for the first child ~ pour the feelings from the first cup into the second one. Is not the second child as precious as the first? You are now loving yourself ~ stay with the feeling and expand it further ~ open your heart. Now that you know how to get into a feeling of love for yourself, you can change your age to focus on areas that may be more difficult for you to love yourself. Do this exercise daily and loving yourself will be become your natural response to yourself

I actually discovered Lewis because of Joe Dispenza, I’ve been watching Joe’s interviews and show on Gaia for years. I love how Lewis asks him to go deeper than his memorized spiel into stuff about love and relationships. Lewis listens with such bright eyes and so disarmed, I want a man who can do that for me. When I go on and on sharing everything I understand and have learned about reality and consciousness, I want a man who can get excited like that and jump in and help me understand things even better. Everyone around me has been so dim! So uninterested (or afraid) of these things. I have a fire burning in my soul to know the truth and if I have to keep it to myself forever I would rather do that than spend even one more date with a man who can’t actually hear me because his consciousness (or honesty) just isn’t at my level.

Ooh girl I feel you so deeply! Have you read the power of now by eckhart? Women are more in touch with their feelings/ emotions and so are moving into greater consciousness at a faster rate than men are. Whilst the world wakes up there is going to be a lag time between women waking up and men waking up. All I can say is keep visualising him! And then come together with your conscious friends to ease this feeling. I'll be a gal pal if you are after another concious/ excited truth seaking pal😊 ✨

Yeah, I noticed the better I feel about myself, the better my relationships are. When in a deep rut of depression, I tend to be isolate myself socially and create a forcefield that keeps people from getting too close to me. The people I do attract tend to have some deep unresolved or poorly managed issues of their own. They're the type of people I'd not associate if I were in a better state of being.

Brain is part of the body itself. Brain? R u refering to the mind. Let me tell u mind dwells in the peniel glind of our brain. Feeling means memories which we have accumulated in our body from our great great great great grandfather or ancestor.. For which we naturally react via our body when we get certain types of emotion or feeling.

I was doing it without knowing it in understanding my father. He always said me bad words through my growth, so one day instead of just call him names back and be angry at his way of talking to me, I choosed to try to comprehend him and love him the way he is. So in the end I can say he's toxic, but actually loves me. He just can't talk to people without the angryness he brings inside. Now it's 2 years that we don't argue and he even said to me I love you and we started doing things togheter again

At around the 44:00 min mark he says something that I experienced after reading his book “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” I’ve had the book for over a year and every time I open it, I grow and transform more and more as a person. To the point that I say and think the same things like “I use to be that person” I can understand why people are this way now. It’s interesting. The book is really amazing. Shout out to my mother for the recommendation!

I reached that state many times, and am grateful , it’s about focus, mindset, vibration, doing the things in life that feel good, not just every now & then, but every day. Every day, I love to make coffee with a grinder, I love watering my plants, I love to hike, yoga, meditate, cook, listen to music , dance, write, draw, paint. While I can’t do all of them every day, some I can and they bring a sense of joy & peace. My old pattern beliefs however were heavily triggered during my last relationship. They brought me into an abyss, that I am healing from, and I’ve done it so many times throughout the course of my life, that I feel like every time I’ve experienced this, I’ve learned something a lil deeper & more insightful about myself & others. And the thing about it is, I can see the patterns before I am trying to make a judgement or decision. It makes me go a LOT slower, to take time to reflect & choose differently than I have in the past. Ergo, not choosing the same pattern that I can see ahead of time. Choose love always, yes, I agree…. And yet, when I get to the state of wholeness & awe, I want to share with someone, because I want them to heal & feel good about life tooooo. This feeling of wanting to share it, along with a feeling of I can handle whatever because I’m whole, well, that seems to attract some people that will use me. Discernment is a great side dish to go along with love 💕

This has been my experience for sure, but it is not always so simple. For those conditioned and who have experienced trauma in childhood and find they aren’t able to easily love their self later in life, it takes a lot of undoing and work on their self to tap into the vibration of self-love. I do believe in the power of neuroplasticity and shifting to present moment gratitude and abundance mindset, but there is so much more to it for people with real trauma. I only know from experience and years of work on undoing my own conditioning. So my suggestion for anyone here that is feeling like they do all of this work to love their self and stay present and yet still attract dysfunctional partners, is to be patient with the process and look into various methods for undoing your trauma like breathwork, EMDR therapy, microdosing, somatic therapy…etc. keep going and growing and learning. Don’t blame yourself for not getting it right quicker. That is true self love.

Ok so I heard: no need to heal the inner child but just overcome the emotion. So how do we do that? Like, seriously how? I truly want to be free from my past traumas that speak to my head and heart daily. I'm not messed up, I'm a healthy person but in want MORE freedom from the negative emotions. How?
