ASK UNMC! Why does it take so long to get my prescription?

Wifes doctor office closed at 5. They faxed the prescription of a nasal spray over . At 8pm wife goes in, not ready .they said hour and a half . She just got there 10 and they still don't have it ready . A simple nasal spray!

It used to take an hour, my doc called in new script weeks ago, I’ve checked they have the new prescription. They will let me know when it’s filled. That’s not right.
