No conflict with the Vegas Strip... It is simple... Get LAANC... have it, your Part 107 Cert, Aircraft Registration, and ID all ready to show when approached... you MUST present it when asked. Also be aware that 90% of the sidewalks on the strip are private property. Fusion Watch is the section that watches the strip and they have drone detection across the whole valley and can see where the drone is, where the operator is, where you took off from, and your altitude. They have extensive camera coverage of the strip with little to no blind spots. Even though you don't see a patrol unit or even a camera, believe me, they most likely see you. If you are not operating legally they will warn but they will also cite and impound your equipment if you are careless, don't take their warning, or blatantly ignoring laws/regs.... They do communicate with the FAA and even have an FAA person the regularly works in Fusion Watch with them through the FAA LEAP program. Every interaction with drone pilots gets reported to the FAA for review.
