[Donate funds to your local temple. Start a Gurukul there with an enlightened guru. Send your kids there with classes every day outside of normal school (just like Madrasa). Teach Sanskrit, Vedas, Upanishads, etc. there. Establish a Hanuman Vyayama Shala in the temple where the youth takes physical training. Let them teach Kalaripayattu, Kushti and other Indian martial arts there. Also, establish a Yoga Math where yogic and spiritual practices are conducted. All of these centric to the local temple. Donate some money and establish a library outside and make it compulsory for the people to read. Fill the library with books with "Indian-interest". Also conduct a variety of seminars in science, mathematics, history, etc. with Indian perspective in Indian languages (Sanskritized local language).] Please feedback me on this action plan and societal level.

If we were a 10000 year old civilization promoting and funding university education we should have been able to discover basics of science before newton or any other European scientists. Or the universities just focused on theoretical knowledge rather than practical based knowledge which could have been used to develop advanced weapon system.
