Incredible meditation! Such high energy, to be honest, almost painful it was so incredibly high. I felt everything, my energy growing out around me and expanding. Then getting purified. This was amazing! Felt the spinning and vibrations in my hands and through my body before you even mentioned it! It went on for so long tho that my body started to struggle. I was trying to breathe into the areas that hurt but it wasn’t as easy for me. I’m kind of a beginner so maybe that’s why it was harder to do a longer mediation? Idk! I tried pushing through but I have small children so they interrupted at 26 minutes! Took that as it’s ok to stop here! Will try again tho! Thank you 🙏🏽
