Thank you SO much for this. I have been experiencing strange bouts of negativity in the last couple of weeks. This is not like me, to feel snappy, anxious and depressed. This morning I woke up and checked in for your weekly angel messages and over to the right was exactly what I was looking for with regard to pyschic protection. As usual, when I listen to your messages, I space out for while....which in itself is phenomenal, but also helped immediately.
