No need to be sad. I have met a couple of Jews in Manali this year.. They gave terrible and hateful vibes.. they have only sh!t to say about India. Israelis used to be my favourite people before I met some.. even before that, my friend was hosting an Israeli and he has nothing good to say. I don't expect much from them anyways. How I see this is, today, we are able to utilise each other for our own benefit. When the time comes, they will not be as friendly as we think they would be. On a people to people level. Not on country to country level. It all stems from general hate for idolators. I cannot explain it in any other way.

I listened in amusement as one of the interviewees stated what her mother felt about the poverty in India and correlated that with the spirituality - implying somehow (paraphrasing here) that if there's so much poverty how can there be spirituality. That response showed an understandable lack of understanding of spirituality as Indians (Hindus to be more precise) see it, or maybe a better way of stating it is that her understanding of spirituality was masked by her western outlook. Poverty or its absence of it has nothing to do with spirituality. True that a hungry stomach makes it difficult to remember God, but that's for ordinary people like us. For those disciplined and way up on the spiritual path, any sort of attachment is an anathema, including food and shelter and the things we consider as basic needs. It's hard to explain through a short comment, but one needs to read up a little bit of the philosophy to get a clearer picture, else one ends up with the usual western biases. No offence taken however, and I guess many of us understand.

Actually there's no such thing as curry, the term is a Brit invention. This is a very nice video covering a few people who came forwad to Wish India and on our independence day. I hardly see Israeli`s in general on social media on Israel India related friendship videos or comments are going on...Especially the Israeli who are born and brought up there...I read somewhere...jews have been told by their parents to stay away from social media and secondly they are business minded people and feel they think they are a higher race than the whites...I met a professional in Bangalore during the Aero show and wanted to ask somethings on the stand but the gentleman showed disinterest to communicate itself and it felt rude and strange. It was a stall from an Israeli company..thats my opinion from my own experience and observation and from the friends whom i have spoken to..but does not have to be so..i have heard that they grill non Israeli`s on the Airport two times till the traveler gets mentally exhausted and gave chance to board the flight at the Nth moment ....with just couple of minutes remaining for the last call...

That's why started creating India-Israel content cause I realized there was a content gap that needs to be bridged. The goal is to create awareness. Who can do it better than an Indian living in Israel :D 2. Indian parents and Jewish parents are similar in a lot of ways but they don't stop their kids from using social media. Religious parents might. Actually here in Israel everyone uses Tik Tok. 3. Most Jews not ALL are business minded for sure. That's why Israel is the start-up nation. 4. Israelis can come across as very rude. They are just straight forward and might not be the best at communicating things in a sophisticated way. That being said this does not apply for all of them. 5. Israel in terms of security is very strict because the geo-political scenario is extremely volatile. They need to make sure they take care of that so that's why the grilling.

It will be a hilarious task to remove the poverty completely from 1.4 billion people of India. With more than 30 major languages, completely different food habits, dresses and religions, India is still united. You can't show a single country with so much diversity but still united. You can't name a single country which is more tolerant than India. To know India, you have to know it's inner strength first, which is primarily spiritual.

Indian Hindus love Israelis and Russians!! I agree with the honest and true reviews. India is very diverse with many languages regions castes and cultures!! But everyone is welcome and respected. India had gone through a lot of invasions, colonialism and corruption leaving many people poor over decades though another section of people are moving head economically. U will experience both good and bad when u visit India!!

​@@missdhara6434There is no system which ensures caste based discrimination in India. Oh wait there is, it's called reservation which "discriminates" against upper caste. Discrimination against lower caste is not enshrined in system nor do people quote Vedas while doing so. It is a socio economic cultural problem like racism in USA even though both parties are Christians and Ethiopian Jews vs Ashkenazi Jews even though both are Jewish in Israel.

Good to hear all your opinions. We are easy going & peace loving people until a point where our existence is in question, like the culture & traditions. We value our cultures, languages & traditions more than anything. We are very diverse country, all faiths are welcome, diffrent languages, different cultures, different food. We have 122 languages major languages but overall a few thousands. We are the largest exporters of spices and yes, it is strong, the usage of spices in our food is like advanced science. While you travel, the language, dailect, food, culture changes with every 100-200 kms, so don't image one language will do across India, but in Norther India you can try Hindi and Souther India you can use English.

4:45 i met an israeli in chiang mai thiland and he said the same..India is the most open country he has visited and the favorite of his..He has travelled to more than 40+ countries. I was suprised.
