The actual trope that a few people touched on is the "Forced Conflict" trope. The entire premise of a movie revolving around a single misunderstanding that wouldn't happen if people would actually talk to each other like normal human beings.

I don't know if it's specifically a trope, but whenever you have two professional partners that are opposite genders and they eventually get together, as if men and women can't work together without catching feelings. Especially on cop shows.

I'm phenomenal at solo drive at Starbucks! Basically, running the drive thru window and taking orders at the speaker box simultaneously. I'm able to hold 2 separate conversations at once. My boss is always impressed, even though he seen me do it dozens of times. It baffles me that I'm able to do it tbh, I usually have a hard time focusing on just one conversation 😂

40:55 Aether realm's the sun, the moon, the stars. it is nearly 20 minutes long but it's an entire story and is just beautiful. Minimal chorus (If there even is a chorus?) and it's just so emotional and all over the place in a good way. Edit: The Fires of ancient cosmic destiny by Gloryhammer is pretty good too. There are some really good Dragonforce songs too, but I wouldn't particularly say 10/10

The insurance one was so me because my before insurance didn’t really cover mental health. So people would say hey I think you should reach out to a mental health professional, and I would try. The issue was there was ether therapist who didn’t take my insurance or if they did they were far away and or expensive. Behavioral health care is seen by most insurance companies as an elective speciality, so not needed.

"What do you think of people who tell you they're in therapy?" That depends on the person. For me, the differentiating factor is discretion. In my experience, the ones who tell you on a need-to-know basis are usually good people trying to better themselves. They have only told you about it because they have a specific reason for telling you. The ones who talk about it casually with anyone who will listen are more often than not, complete shit-bags. They're setting things up for "My therapist told me_________" and then use that to rationalize doing whatever they want, and so they can play the victim if anyone objects. Some also use it to signal how "enlightened" and "self-aware" they are. They use it to feel superior. If they were actually self-aware, then why conscript a team of experts, lol... Are they going to therapy in good faith, or using it for a hollow sense of validation and as a means of manipulation? I've encountered both types. The latter are thankfully rare, but I think we've all met someone like that. The statement alone is not enough to judge anyone on, but it does put me on the lookout for some context clues.

This. My partner will tell me when their therapy sessions are, but it does not get more detailed than that. We understand what's discussed in therapy stays in therapy. Confidentiality is confidentiality regardless of if you're required by your profession to uphold it, or if you just don't want to talk about it. If it was meant to be for both of us to hear we would be in couples counselling.

There was this coffee place on third street.. Spillin' the beans. I LOVED their coffee. I wouldn't get it often because it was a little pricey, but it was the best little treat. They shut down the location, and now there's an espresso bar there. I know it's because the owner was tired, he'd been doing it for so long. I wish there was another location set up at least.
