For first question, I think he should make a goal of making his income double or 50-60% more. If he gets near to 30-40% increase, consider yourself a high intellectual or someone who has the art of making money. If that's the case, I think you should go for marriage considering you already have your father support and you do not need to take care of them financially. When you get married, your income might further go up 30-40% and probably double your income right now. This will bring you a lot of self confidence and you can grow. Moreover, idk about family planning but I personally think you should marry first and think about child etc only after you are able to take care of everything financially. End of the day, go for the marriage if you are able to earn good. Everything will fall in place accordingly.

I totally agreeee, both for men & women it's important in today's age to be financially independent first and than think of having a partner. Age doesn't matter, because money is one of the primarly need in life if u want to leed a good life, its the reality. But unfortunetly in our society the concept of financial indenpendence is not inculcated in our kids, hence we raise them in an enviornment where everyone is dependent on eachother. Mainly, the concept of one man earning for 10 family members needs to end which will lead to promote the importance of financial indenpence in individuals (the upcoming generations), otherwise this will continue for generations and generations and people will keep leading a misery life. FInally, one main and important fact is that our society had never evolved people are living the same life as there grandparents or 5 generations back. For human being's to grow in life we need to evolve, we need to learn and unlearn, in my opinion this is the main reason of our failure as a society / as a country in this world. WE FAIL TO CATCHUP WTH THE WORLD DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE, WE LIVE IN OUR OWN BUBBLE . This is a general opinion on pakistani society and not on a particular person.

Q2 - Scientific fact is that a man remains wild and untamed till he's 50. Women dry down by the time they reach the age of 40. The hormonal play comes to a halt in females much earlier than men. Reason why marrying in same age group is the stupidest thing you can do. By the time you will hit 40, your hormones would be still existent, and her's - not half as active as yours. You will want fun, she will see it as time waste. Incompatability or emotional disconnect will occur and then things start to go haywire. Summary being - marry a woman who's atleast 5 years younger than you. Avoid women who are in and beyond 33-35 years of age group. They are least likely to ever get content. And will make life hell for you too. And for women, try to get married maximum by your mid/late twenties. Anything beyond that, you are just wasting time (unless you are super career oriented with proven track record). PS: Aur bhaiye, tendulkar, shahrukh ke example de re ho - unka networth bhi batao pehle...money makes most of the differences disappear for women.
