I love the way I look now, but I didn't realize he liked big girls until I lost it and he would start complaining like "Why are you losing so much weight?" me and my current gf have gone through this same shit, but in our case, it was the both of us that got too big. the bottom line is if she really wants to change her appearance, she's gunnu have to earn it. don't let her just sit around all day eating whatever tf she wants and then complain about her weight. take her to work out, even if it's some hippy ass workout. me and my girl started by doing cardio 3 days a week for 15 minutes lol but hey, that's better than nothing! then we worked our way to more intense exercises and now I'm sitting at 15% body fat compared to 27% where I started.

To the Dude with the Obese Girlfriend: tell your obese girlfriend she needs to love herself enough to be healthy. self love is important (edit: if you have low self esteem, you're more likely to feel helpless and say "fuck it") videos promoting being healthy lifestyle even if you're obese (because its going to take time for the weight to come off...) for walks with her. eat healthy with her (but try to just eat healthy, not diet at first... restriction can be a deterrent). tell her to go to a women's only gym if it's more comfortable until she shakes some weight. it's understandable that you might not be attracted to her if she's too obese... but if you love her, help her find something that works. :). give it a few months... if zero has changed, maybe she needs therapy and medical intervention. Maybe she needs it now, even. It's up to you what you do after that. I can't sympathize because when my partners have been obese they eventually lost some weight on their own with little encouragement.
