@Naomi Lotte Yes exactly and tbh Wonyoung's beauty looks like Chinese standard to be honest, small face, skinny and long figure plus her eyes looked more Chinese than Korean. Also Chinese beauty is considered as a visual in South Korea like every Chinese idols in a group are considered as the group's visual for like Yiren, Cheng Xiao, and many others. But Sakura just happened to have a huge fanbase in China even before she graduated HKT and even before she became IZONE (it even became massive) just like what you mentioned too and it's such a waste that they didn't allow IZONE to still promote, I mean they're pretty popular in China, Japan and ofcourse South Korea.

I don't know the reason as well but remember during pd48 Hyewon wasn't also picked on the top 10 visual it was only Minju, wonyoung, Yujin , Sakura and Eunbi. Maybe hyewon's beauty is not the type of idol like beauty and maybe that's their preference for choosing. Hence Hyewon's beauty is more of like Korean Lady beauty standard rather than idol type.
