I remember starting my own transformation about a year ago. I got a diet plan from Dietarize and started doing some exercises at home. My family was making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it... I lost 77lbs thanks to my dieta and dedication, and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I can finally tie my shoelaces without holding my breath.😀

Last year my goal weight was 55 kg i ended up gaining weight 5 kg and went up to almost 65 kg 😅 so instead of just losing 5 kg to get to 55 kg i need to lose 10 kg now ,but yeah we goooo browney is motivating me 🎉😂

Pro tip: if you like to move a lot and eat a lot, try an endurance sport or even better - ultra endurance. Training for 100k mountain run or iroman triathlon you won't even need to try to stay slim. You will need to try hard to eat enough. At the same time those events are basically "10+ hours of chill, and a bit of suffering at the end, but mostly a nice day out" and long run training sessions are also slow and nice. :D
