Honestly I would say: Sorry, I have a boyfriend. Just because when you're in the moment, it is quite the first thing that comes to mind when you have to disappoint someone (if he asked politely). But maybe that's different from the males perspective.

Honestly, can't you just be happy your partner is turning down other offers? i don't understand this mental fuckery where people pretend that once you're married, everyone else BUT you spouse instantly becomes unattractive. "I'm sorry sounds like you would bang them if you weren't married...". Yeah. Because I would. Except for being married.
