Crystal I think you’re completely right about dogs and their intuition with people. My daughter has brought home a couple different boys and our one dog has gone crazy meaning she just didn’t like the boy being very close to my daughter and would jump in his lap. She would also bark like crazy and never really get settled while they were over. She always had her guard up. Granted she was still a puppy and still new to the family you could just tell she needed to keep her eyes on them. Now with her current boyfriend both of our dogs are fine and actually get as excited to see him as she does when we get home. They will say hi to him then chill out and relax usually in his lap because they want his attention as well and they are jealous lol. I also try to keep the lines of communication open with my kids because it’s just a scary world out there and I’m always trying to teach them different things. I loved this video and think you should do them more often 💜

Good video. I believe dogs have a sense about a person. My dog always growled at my sister's husband and he cheated on her. Open communication is key for teens to talk to their parents. You can't get mad and shut down, especially if you don't like the question.

Crystal is a good mum. It's not easy for our kids to be this open to grill us as parents. I have 19 year old daughter whom I encourage to be open to me than for me to find out. Crystal is there for all her kids too. Hanna is so adorable

I think these videos really highlight how different everyone parents! With that said every child is so different with my children I have parented them all differently! My son is very much home body wheres my daughter she is very independent and there would be no way I would keep her in and Impose my insecurities on her about the big bad world I can only advise her and hope she makes the right choices in light of that she has got herself in some questionable situations but has been very lucky that I was non judgmental and very approachable for her to come to me right away and deal with it straight away! Parenting by fear was never an option for me,I was parented that way and I’m scared of everything and am not very open with my parents as result.

Cool little fact I found out today actually. So I had never heard my mom and dad’s love story. My mom passed this past January and my parents 60th wedding anniversary was this past April. I found out that my dad had asked my mom to the drive-in on a little 1st date.. my dad went to drop her off it was passed midnight and my mom looked at my dad and said “I’m not getting off this car, I’m going with you.” So my dad took my mom and they ended up getting eloped.. they weren’t even boyfriend and girlfriend litterly had their first date then a week or so later straight to getting married. My mom was 17 and pops was 19

When j was in 8th grade I was at a new school because we had moved. I started my cycle during passing period. I knew where my younger sisters class was so I ran to her class, and told her what happened and that I was going home and she COULD NOT TELL MOM!!! We lived like three blocks from the school, but my school was also right across the street from a police station. I was so scared that a cop was going to see me ditching and I was going to get arrested 😂. Anyways, when I got on my block I saw my brother and mom pulling out of the driveway. I hid behind a bush in a neighbors yard, and when they turned the corner I ran home. It was like the last class of the day so I didn’t miss a lot. I never got in trouble for it so I guess my parents never found out, lol. I am one of seven so when the school called to say “your student at ____ Middle School missed one or more classes on Thursday, September 1st”(or whatever date) I’m sure that if my dad answered he probably thought my mom had taken me or my sister to an appointment, and if one of my siblings answered the phone they never said anything. 😂
