Sean, I must say that you are indeed super patience. 🙂 Maybe, rename some of the past vlogs for the new home buyers to be able to quickly/ easily spot rather than having to repeat what to do or look out for? Just my 2 cents as those vlogs are really helpful and informative. Regardless, always enjoyed watching what you have to share. How I wish during my generation, we have such 'canggih' channels to guide us. Can't wait for another education session with you and Rena.

In Malaysia, after u got the mortage, I think there's income tax somewhat from the government? Is this included in interest rate or it is another section? It would cause a problem too... ...do you guys have any way to reduce these tax legally?

Technically it’s easier to get a card after having a housing loan. Have you walked into any banks directly?
