Welcome to Cyberjaya. Lots of new housing developments here but facilities and amenities not quite up to par. Overcrowded school, roads are bad (due to lots of construction trucks) and some junctions got no traffic lights / roundabouts resulting in accidents. MPS is keeping quiet despite complaints.

Would it be a bad decision if i bought an investment unit for own stay temporary? I plan to rent it out after i found a partner to stay in bigger unit. The unit is very strategic near MRT with walk distance and i can live without the need for driving near Taman Midah.

Ya agree. Rumah is kawasan di mana untuk orang istirehat/resting. When u do a cafe at your house, jangan marah balik if there is a neighbor that gets angry at u. U have to understand that first. Go do food truck at least. Respect people's privacy.

Nay sayers shud read up on this weeks the edge, where the owner tan Sri tong's pilot project of fund my home draws to a close, I'll summarise the article using the below 2 lines, 'you can lead a horse to the water, but you cannot force it to drink. We can devise the best laid plans, but they must also want to help themselves'. He also goes on to say that msia doesn't have a affordability issue, they have a discipline issue

the best way is to restrict guess from using the facilities example gymn and swimming pools are all easily controlled but asking a deposit of RM100k is just ridiculous..might as well state the deposit as RM10million....wtf

Iherng, pls help me. My neighbour is cooking for their Nasi Lemak venture. They are cooking in the middle of the night till morning. Smell of spicy and fried oily flowing into my unit because we are just a floor different. How should I deal with this issue? We live in an apartment 😅.

Hey Sean, since u are affliated with Makeover guys, hopefully u can feedback to them, im hearing from a friend that they are now picky seem to push >50k to 90k project. my friend had a <40k budget for 900sqft, but makeover guys dont answer his follow ups and initially pushing higher cost despite his budget. not expecting anything to be done since he move on. my point it, if its true, makeover guys is no longer an option for ppl who has tight budget like the person u just review. Just sharing if ppl think MO Guys is your savior. apparently, no longer the case.

Erm, do allow me to investigate the matter further can you email me your friend’s name so I can have a full picture. It really depends on the condition of the property, also the location of it. Sometimes if it’s a total bare unit in a prime location, sometimes it’s a fully furnished unit by the developer… strategies are different:)

I recently stayed in this residence, Oh my gosh the amount of premium elements were amazing, will it be possible if you review the property again? it is REALLY good in location and very nice decor. Also the infinity pool is absolutely AWESOME, the glass floor was also great.

Your friend's price is the accurate one. The only price I get to see from the online brochure most likely is for the smallest sized unit.

Rawang new township BBRB/ GuocoLand close to Emerald lake so chun landscape, easy access to Aeon Mall/ Auggun City for f&b, various services Conveniences and Amenities within the Street Mall, weekend cultural events / activities. Non peak 35mins to Uptown Dsara. 660k /770k freehold double storey; 900k semi-D; can’t find anymore.. Less traffic, less stressful; less worry on flooding / flash floods 🫶🏻

Well, did you do enough homework on the project? if there is still multiple rental options to rent out while able to break even, you still can commit to it. If it is a bad deal, just tell the bank you change your mind and reject the loan, but your deposit with the developer will be burn.
