What kinds of investments do you make? I totally agree with you. I invest across the top markets but not by myself though. I follow the guidelines of Larry Kent Burton. you might have heard of him.. I can correctly say he's worth his salt as a investment advisor as his diversification skills are top notch, I say this because i see that in him results as my portfolio grows by averages of 20 to 3O% on a monthly basis, unlike i can say for my IRA which has just been trudging along. my portfolio just mirrors what he place and not just on some particular industries of my choosing

Andrew Tate's friend is the guy at start sat ib car that is from Louisiana but lives in Miami. Seems to be involved in some dodgy businesses. His real money is coming from a course and mentorship BS he runs with Tate and then they invest in Sammy things recommended to them in their group. Then clean money into his metal construction business and real estate. It will not end well for him. I know several people who are close to his group (from the war room that they run : they scam new members with mentorship BS but if you have a business or something they can invest in to clean their money they will contact you but then you become liable for cleaning their money which would make you liable for criminal proceeds).

woah that first guy! Certainly a "loud mouth" but in a good way. Super passionate about his rise from a rough beginning to where he sits now. "Cash flowing appreciating assets" is the key. He obviously read the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad. The author Robert Kiyosaki is a bit of a douche, but solid gold advice in that book. Get your Lambo, but make your cash flowing assets pay for it. I loved his "pile of money" and "river of money" analogy. A great way to think about it.

Great video! I thank myself for never giving up even when it was very hard I kept pushing through until I made it out. My advice is that If you do your own investing, have you ever thought whether you should turn things over to a financial advisor? If you have significant assets, you have probably felt anxiety when making choices with your money. Perhaps you sensed that you might make better investing decisions if you knew just a little more and could invest without emotion. If this is the case, consulting a financial advisor makes perfect sense.

You’re right! Working with a financial advisor will genuinely set you up for success in life. I’m delighted I was able to hire a financial advisor named John Desmond Heppolette, earlier this year. Because while others were grumbling about the downturn in the financial markets due to the state of the economy, I was busy learning from him and eventually made over seven figures in the first quarter of the year.

And the guy who says "Id Rather have 1 Billion Followers instead of 1 Billion Dollars" is such BS, any normal sane person would pick the 1 Billion Dollars because weather they buy a Giant Mansion, 10 Super Cars Fully Owned, Stuff to Travel, You'd still have literally 700+ Million left, you only need about 30 - 60 million dollars to be set for life... and ontop of that he Nervously Scratches/Rubs his head when he talks about Growing Up with Rich Family and Friends...In other words, His Family gave him that life/Money plus connections and got a Boost/head start most likely.

I can relate to the guy that said his dad has a lot of money, but never gave him nice cars or things. I’m the same exact way. My dad once told me. I could write a check to pay off everything in your whole life and set up comfortably. When I used to be in debt with child support $20,000. He said I could pay it all off and I won’t even miss it. But what lesson will you learn from that always come to me for your problems and I thank him for that because he was right. It forced me to get uncomfortable go grind it out and get debt free on my own and once I did he gifted me the money afterwards he said that’s how u do it and I’ve always had the same hustle and grind I’m about to launch my own LLC and start my own oilfield Business with customers that are already to go!

Scam artists are also good salesmen. They are good salesmen because they know how to sell their own confidence to others to the point that the target believes the scammer will get the job done. Smart people won't work with you no matter how confident or well-spoken you are unless you have a proven track record of success. If you're new, sure people may take a chance on you with a small test project to see that you not only talk the talk but walk the walk. But to get in bed with big money players, you need a track record to do all the talking for you. Your big man confidence talk will mean $hit without it.

Right off the bat I owe it to anyone reading this to correct what the second guy said. If your goal is to build wealth and do things right you have no busness doing an IUL insurance policy. I am a financial advisor. This is TERRIBLE advice. He’s spot on about sales and everything else he said but i deal with this stuff every single day so please Hear me that you don’t want anything to do with this be your own banker , whioe life, IUL stuff. They are only appropriate sometimes for someone who makes 12mil a year of more. So if your already up there maybe think about it. Extremely nice video! Back when I was broke and unsure of my future I would’ve just been like "yeah man, that’s cool“ but now, as I am currently on my path to actually hit my first $100k revenue next year, everything said in this video resonates even more. Listen to these guys! The advice is solid!

We need more of justin waller and that drug addict guy he talks real w/no filter and that's what people need to hear. I've never hear the analogy he used when he said "would you rather have a pile of money or a river of money" the single best financial quote I've ever heard about money.

This was actually a eeally good video. A lot of these “let’s go up to mansions and ask these people how they got rich” videos typically have a bunch of them coming out in their pajamas not wanting to be bothered and just saying basic shit like “follow your passions”. This video felt like it showed only the good interviews and that the interviewees actually gave some really insightful advice that either was somewhat unorthodox or something we haven’t heard before.

It is not true that rich people are conceited and evil, the way they talk to the person interviewing them shows that rich people are kind and excellent human beings. Thank you, you teach us many valuable things.
@E4Sierra

They _can_ be highly conceited, depends on the person along with other factors .. I worked in the restaurant industry several years in Greenwich CT, among extreme wealth-full of Wall Street elite, etc.-where the prevalent attitude toward this video would be to scoff at it .. their net worth & lifestyle making the people here look broke as a joke. I've found most self-made rich people have a strong ego (or else they wouldn't be successful) but as you said, fortunately there's always plenty who are not arrogant.

This School of Hard Knocks youtube feature of Asking Supercar Owners How They Got Rich has some empowering and illuminating wealth info: for instance the blunt and helpful concepts that are given with lifestyle, beliefs, why to keep powering even through setbacks before they manifest into metaphoric vehicles for success, what one of the interviewees consciously and subconsciously picked up on being around other successful and prosperous/wealthy/rich people, even with understandable spending concerns the why to focus on making more money, why where you put your focus matters etc.

the ecommerce guy talking about collateral debt in a IUL life insurance policy is ok but you're still paying taxes no matter what.. It's just a matter of how much interest you owe versus how much your return makes..

You would fund the policy with After Tax dollars. Loans are Tax Free. Cash Value grows based on the Index (ie. S&P500) AND the capital from the loan can be deployed to other investments (ie. Real Estate).

I feel one Of the greatest challenges that we first timers face in the ma rket is that we end up losing all we have,making it difficult to find ourselves back to our feet. My biggest advice is to always seek the services of a professional just like I did when I ventured into it for the first time. Big thanks to Alvarez Micheal. I now make huge profits by weekly through his services while still learning to stand on my own.
