You have answered your own question, you hold 545k in equity from one property all you need is one or more properties with equal or same equity, why change what you are doing, you have the tools in front of you, take some of the equity out of that home and purchase a few more at a discount then you will be over a million in no time ! Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look
