My 10th Score- 77.16% My 12th Score- 78.33%(Best of 5: 80.4% from CBSE) My graduation Score- 8.81 CGPA after 3rd semester(Still 3 semesters left) Extracurricular activities- Poster Presentation and Quiz Participation. I have won 1st position in 2 Inter College Poster Presentation Competitions. Do I have any chance of getting into IIM C,L and new IIMs. Edit: Can I write my best of 5 score in 12th while applying to B Schools.

Good profile, Focus on getting a high percentile in CAT and preparing well for GDPI, and you will be able to crack a good college. It has to be your overall score and not best of 5.
