When I was 9 my father committed suicide. After that over the next few years I started seeing very scary things. I was not watching anything that would’ve made me imagine it. I got very scared and tried to tell my preacher bc we were Baptist. I was told it was in my head. I prayed and prayed as a kid and went times without seeing it and over years have seen it up until a few months ago. I knew it was a demon even as a child and the same demon has followed me. I have never possessed but I think I was close. Demonic oppression. I suffered a lot growing up with sadness, thoughts of suicide and just bad things happening to me. Which was taking me into a dark place. I even started having dreams I was being possessed by this demon. It was so bad I asked god to protect me and send his angels to protect me. I ask my house and my family to be protected. I do this every night. It took me so long to understand what was happening to me. I am so lucky that I was able to have faith, prayer, and the will to resist this long standing oppression. I was so naive for so long.

And while he didn’t respond I feel like maybe I planted a seed. I will say that I can see how God guided my whole life for what I’m doing now and love sharing Jesus with whomever I come across. @IslasCanarias193
@IslasCanarias193 6 ай бұрын
Psychology (hypnotism) comes from the Devil. It's part of his overall plan to take down God by hurting that which He loves most. His creation...us humans. Ha Satan (The Accuser) calls us "stupid monkeys" and "lumps of clay". The Devil only uses possession as a last resort because it causes Him to be uncovered. He'd rather perform His work undetected through ordinary temotation. Look up the Exorcist Father Gabriel Amorth. He was the Exorcist to the Pope. He died in 2016 and wrote many books. A good one to read is titled An Exorcist Explains the Demonic. Also, conception (fertilisation) is a mini big bang occurring by God's hand in the womb. It is the miracle of creation played out daily in ordinary life on a small scale. God chose to create life this way so that we would have a regular, ordinary reminder of His power over creation. The birth of a child demands all praise and glory be directed towards and extended to God. Because He requires thst we praise and Glorify Him daily in the smallest of things. He created us solely for His own glory. This is the meaning of life.

Normal people can not go casting out demons…. There is a process… even exorcists have yo follow a protocol and only a priest approved by his bishop can legally do exorcisms or they will encounter some serious retribution from the demons and will not be as ble to help anyone only hurt themselves. Late to the comment section, but I truly hope this message reaches someone. I spent 90% of my conscious life (I am 29 currently) as an athiest. I have been walking in my faith for almost 3 months now. The simplest way to explain the existence of evil when God's love and mercy is immeasurable, is this: Evil exists in this world so we can CHOOSE to seek him (free will). God could easily eradicate evil, however he allows it to continue so we can seek him. We can always choose not to and hinge our bets on other things, hence free will, but what reason would we have to seek him, if we didn't experience hardship, pain and evil? Next, the evidence for God existing is really simple. Every single thing in this universe has been created, placed and tuned so finely, and so delicately that it points to the existence of an intelligent creator. Order and design doesn't come from chaos and random, insanely improbable coincidence or statistics. The bible NEVER speaks of how long our universe has existed, so who is to say that the big bang was not the first day, the spoken word in Genesis? I refer to Genesis 1:1-5. Praise God for his love and infinite wisdom, praise Jesus and his immeasurable sacrifice for us and thank you all for taking the time to read my thoughts, and reasons for choosing to trust in God.
@mrunderachiever
@mrunderachiever 5 ай бұрын
Quickly to expand on the order and design statement I made, if our moon was just a few meters closer or further from us, life wouldn't be possible here. If the oxygen level in our atmosphere was slightly higher or lower, again we couldn't have human life here. Just food for thought, and if you have evidence to correct any of the things I have said, please correct me! I still have a strong curiosity and respect for science, but it has shifted from believing that science is everything; to now believing that science is our best way to try and rationalise and understand God's world/universe around us. They aren't opposing ideas as I once believed. God bless you all and I pray the peace and love of Jesus Christ reaches you where you are in your life.

Like Daniel in the Old Testament, He didn’t run. He didn’t hide. He knew God would rescue either here or in Heaven. Take refuge I. Our Holy family in the Holy Bible, they understand your real pain and struggles! They do! Never said it would be easy NOR happy… but my friend, the reward in Heaven is FOREVER!!!! Hold on! The devil wants the Christ followers to quit , God will keep your tank not empty. Keep pondering on this! Like Joseph pondered while walking his pregnant wife he has never touched to a town far away for the blasted government. Or like Mary leaving her family to be left alone with 1 man who said he will honor her and God to stay…. When you are not strong, fall into God!! He will. Great interview, I’ve works as Correctional officer for over 10 years in California. CDCR officers have higher PTSD and self exiting rates than military and their life expectancy after retirement is only 5 years or less, it’s pretty alarming. They go into a “war” zone every day for 20-30 years straight. There is so very real evil in there, anyone in prison have see horrid things and I whole heartedly believe sometimes it affects both inmates and officers that are inside the walls. From inmates in mental health yards to general population. Some are just blatant satanist, some demonically oppressed all the way to possession. I recently got “IEXd” (it’s where an IM exposes him self usually to female staff) this inmate had probably 15 write ups for the same thing, while it’s absolutely vile and traumatic to have it done to you after the initial shock i got an overwhelming feeling to pray for this inmate, and after I prayed for him, he hasn’t gotten an IEX write up since then This was hard for me to do because I like most officers and inmates have very ill feelings towards people who commit child crimes and “S” crimes and would damn them straight to hell if it were in our hands. But I am hopeful my prayers were answered and no other women have to be victimized by that specific person I prayed for.

I can't count the number of times I was punched or shaken in the middle of the night. One time I was thrown completely out of my bunk and landed on the floor on my hands and knees next to my bunk. I refused to let it scare or intimidate me. So I got thru it. But the presence continued unabated until I left.

Fascinating interview. My daughter had a psychotic break 12 years ago and believed a demon was trying to posess her. Im not a Catholic but Im a member of a Congregational Church and was at that time a member of a Christian Choir. All of us were praying constantly for her. She has been stable now for 9 years but remembers everything that happened at that time. There is no doubt in my mind that the power of prayer, particularly the prayers of a retired Anglican Minister, a member of our choir, who came to visit us regularly to pray with us, protected her from being posessed.

I have started going to confession once a month on the first Saturday of every month. I have to say, it's a spiritual game changer. I'm not really sure if my sins are at the mortal level and require the sacrament of confession rather than just a daily act of contrition prayer, but I have to say all types of vices do recede once you receive the sacrament of confession regularly, and the voice of the Holy Spirit convicting you in conscience becomes much more easily heard. Now that I have this beautiful habit (can't believe how many decades it took me to get around to doing this) I hope I never let it go. The added bonus is that if you die suddenly, it hasn't been that long since your last confession. What has helped is that I read in St. Faustina's Diary that the person who actually speaks to you during the sacrament of confession is Jesus Himself. This is why I listen so carefully to whatever the priest says.

Can you tell me , where in the Bible Jesus requires that we go to see a man as imperfect as every one and he has the power to tell you what to do 10 ave 15 pater, or the mortal sin…. You believe in a cult made long time ago, very pagan, look at Tammuz , his wife ….educate yourself ! Read the Bible and don’t follow some men’s rules ! There was a period of 9 on 10 priests have been pedos , and the rules of confessions made these man destroyed kids. The Bible say no one go to the father but thru me ( Jesus ). Why putting a person, an imperfect man ? Just use your brain , and pray directly to God, not the saints!

You likely drink because you find that it provides a benefit. But this is actually false, in reality. Once you open yourself to understanding how detrimental it is, in terms of the overall effects on your body, your entire perspective will change and you'll begin making better, healthier choices. I knew being a CO would be tough, but I've never felt a darker presence than when I worked in a prison. I was good at my job but hated how I felt. There is pure evil in those places. Its mentally and emotionally draining. Not for the faint of heart and also not a place for a practicing Christian it's too dark of an environment. I spent 2 nights 3 days in a jail for felonies I didnt commit, in fact quite the opposite, and was found innocent, but what I experienced will forever stick with me. I never had any criminal anything before except maybe a speeding ticket. SO to be put in a place with very scarred individuals was me praying the rosary using my ten fingers and other prayers almost continuously. They nick named me mumbles. Lol. My bed was under the tv. In fact, TV never repulsed me more for some reason. All they played was Friends and Law and Order. People would come in and say there was a peace about our cell compared to others. One girl said she'd not seen someone pray before eating since she was a child. One came in, and then got the officer to let her go into the other cell, in her underwear...Another new girl was in terrible pain and acting angry, so she got put in solitary. I'll never forget when she first came in at night and locked eyes with me. There was something else there. All night she moaned in pain. She begged to see a doctor, but thay didn't seem to care and said nothing looked wrong. She became combative and was angry in our cell, so she went to solitary. The sounds that came from her were scary. I'm glad she wasn't in the cell with us, but my heart hurt for her. Prayed and prayed. Somehow, everything turned out okay, but to this day, I feel like some feild of protection was arpund me, maybe even the cell, because certain people changed out quickly. I do not say this to scare anyone, rather to encourage you when you feel your prayer is not answered. But heed what the Blessed Mother said. Pray the rosary everyday. The days I'd missed, even out of jail, the enemy would gain ground back in my life.

Thank you for sharing. The Holy Rosary is a weapon against the demonic. It was no coincidence that those women left the cell. I've seen the efficacy with my own two eyes even to this day. I try to pray it, at least 3 x a week, including holy confession, Eucharist, adoration, staying out of mortal sin. I have holy water and blessed salt as well. I try to tell ppl but yet they do their own thing and their lives are in chaos and disarray. My relationship and love for Jesus is also deeper as a Catholic. It's not that evangelicals can't know or love Jesus and be Christlike, they can, but being Catholic affords greater graces. God loves all.

I say it every day & honestly DO feel a sense of protection in response. That entity could even be an inmate who died so suddenly they dont know they're dead &/or are stuck! Saying a prayer for them could help them move on. Asking God for intercession from St. Mary, St. Benedict & St. Padre Pio are all very powerful too! Well, sorry to hear about that response you received. Most exorcist say a good confession clears up a lot of attacks. We all get attacked, day and night through mostly temptations. There is a book by someone that works on Fr. RIPPERGER's exorcism tram. And it talks about the 4 or 5 levels of demonic activity. Lowest is temptation, then oppression and another one and 4th one is possession. If one falls just through temptation, the demons are satisfied you've sinned. But they will go up to the higher levels if they think they could get more people using that individual. Exorcist ssy a good confessions clears things up 80% of the time. And then follow up with regular confession. I am doing both these devotions: - *5 FIRST SATURDAYS* - This is from Our Lady of Fatima. First Saturday of the month for 5 months you do confession, mass, holy communion, 15 minutes meditation with Mary and the intention for reparations against the blasphemies against Mother Mary suffers. The way I did the intention was to sesrch here on YT each topic using CATHOLIC APOLOGIST on those topics. - *9 FIRST FRIDAYS*, which is the devotion for the Sacred Heart of Jesus. This one is more spiritual for because it is wrongs commited against Jesus. This one I have had to become more creative so throughout the month I will read the Act of Reparation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. In there it talks about how Jesus is hurt. Ex. when people receive the Eucharist unworthily. Which I had done when I wax in the military living in Germany on base. So I feel sorry for having done it and have promised not to ever do it again. So I learned the prayer for non-communion virtual communion... it is the prayer they say on EWTN broadcasts. So kneeling from the pew you say the prayer as those around are going up to Holy Communion. So the way I do this meditation is like journaling/letter to Jesus. Jesus I feel this way, I will encourage others to do this devotion and I have printed a pamphlet with instructions, prayers and to it to mass to drop of around church where there are pamphlets. Or I have printed the virtual prayer in Spanish and English to encourage others not go to Holy Communion if they know they shouldn't. I need to print more!!!

My daughter's mother and I just reconnected(was never married, I've only been a Christian 3 years and was a hardened sinner), was talking for 3 months, spent a whole day together and talked about how we've never been able to have a successful relationship because we've both been hung up on each other and how we love each other and need to make a stable family for our kids and then 4 days later she shot herself. She was literally the only person who's ever been there for me, the only person to ever believe in me and the only person who could make me believe in myself. All that and even she would rather die then be with me. I also lost a cousin who was like my little sister to drugs. I'm only 45 and I'm the oldest and I've already lost 5 cousins and 1 sister to drugs and suicide and I can't even count my friends. I've been losing people since I was 19. I've been dead a time or two myself and been beat with everything including a pistol. Almost lost both my legs at 2 different times and one of my ankle doesn't work. I could write a book on just this past year of my life and I've been out of the ghetto for awhile now. I'm actually struggling right now because I dont know how much more I can take.

I really like the priest's take on miracles. John Lennox put it so much better than I ever could- If you have a kettle on the stove boiling, and someone were to ask you why it's boiling, there are two equally valid answers, one is the scientific answer "the heat produced from the burner excites the water molecules resulting in increased molecular motion, which in turn causes evaporation and separation of molecules that creates the bubbles we see when water reaches temperature... etc" or "I'm going to make some tea." One answer doesn't negate the other, one describes the physical reality, the other is the explanation from the mind behind the event. One does not need to know the explanation of how to understand the purpose: the "why". In our empirically based scientific world view, the Why question is often overlooked for the details of the how, and many of the "greatest minds" presume that once the how is understood the why is irrelevant... This couldn't be further from the truth. The How is almost always far more complicated, providing little to no understanding of or explanation for the purpose or meaning of things we have come to view as "facts of life". In the bible, God rarely if ever explains the how behind his actions, he gives us the Why, because as a mind created in his image, the Why is something we innately understand... Thus He demonstrates this is far more important (and within reach) for us, the why shows how His word and actions pertain to our relationship with Him. There are common everyday miracles all around you, and often the response, even among Christians, is to shrug our shoulders and say yeah, that happens because x. There's been a damaging fundamental conflation between superstition and observing God's hand at work and the spiritual reality of life in our world, simply because it is the "easier" answer. That isn't to cheapen the value of Knowledge- God made the world for us to be our dominion and to explore and understand, but unless we recognize the purpose behind life and the vastness and glory of the mind that gave us life, love, nature, beauty and everything good that we treasure in life, we are missing the forest for the trees... Like a toddler playing with a classic novel, opening and closing the cover and flipping pages without reading or understanding the far more valuable and amazing story written on them. The "God of the gaps" theory bothers me the most for this reason ... Yes, if there is an intelligent Creator, the things we don't understand can still have attributed purpose and meaning, but that only cheapens, and by no means discredits the everyday miracles we have grown accustomed too... In my estimation this is why Jesus commands us to approach the kingdom of heaven like children, our whole existence is miraculous and beautiful... God even gave us the ability to have children just so we'd have a semblance of understanding for his view of his creation, and to remind us how the wonder of his creation first strikes us, after we've grown older and lost sight of the awe in everyday life. My first born son is 18 months old and I've been delving into my faith and my Bible to be the spiritual leader of our home, and I find that the more I accept the simple why explanations when I have answered prayers... and simply accept when God answers prayers or questions I have in such a way that the logical side of my brain wants to piece together 20 different hypotheticals as to how this "coincidence" could occur, I find that God is far more active in my daily life than I ever would have dared to say when I was younger... You can call it superstition all you want, but God doesn't just answer the little prayers, I find that as I walk with him and further align my view with that of the Holy Spirit, more and more of my "big asks" resolve themselves with a simplicity and a convenience that could only work if God was already in motion months before I had even asked. God isn't limited by time and space the way we are, if you forgot to pray for someone earlier in the day, or something went really poorly, or someone has already passed and you worry for their salvation, Pray up, miracles happen every day. It's important to remember that our perception of events involving other people fall woefully short of a comprehensive understanding. I don't mean to ramble on too long, but if you are seeking truth: ask and you will find, knock and the door will be opened... And if you are struggling with the faith aspect in the Christian walk, I hope this encourages you... Faith and prayer are like a muscle- they are habits that require practice and discipline: nobody with the faith to move mountains just woke up one day like that! (Jesus also counterbalances this statement by saying that all you need to start is faith the size of a mustard seed, it will grow to a great size if nurtured)! -Start small, this doesn't mean you can't ask big, but your big asks aren't always part of His plan... and a No can be discouraging, especially if you swing and miss repeatedly only stopping to pray when it's your last option. - Pray for patience, endurance, help and guidance- whenever you remember or have doubts and worries, the Holy Spirit lives within you and by giving permission and asking for help, you are looking for, and grow accustomed to the nudges of the Holy Spirit. This will help any believer be more cognizant of the areas where Christ wants to transform your mind (sanctification is never finished!). These prayers help us surrender control to God and filter our words and actions through our God given conscience and remind us to surrender to the Holy Spirit when we get caught up in whatever things we have going on. Pray often, It certainly helps to have dedicated time. (for me, before bed after my daily Bible study. I am not a morning person) but also at peaceful times through the day- driving, lunch breaks, or just moments you find you have to yourself... the more often you can remember to pray, the more it will become a conversation and an outlet, as David models in the Psalms, we're not only to give the Lord's prayer, or pray things like the rosary (for example), practicing only formulaic and rigid conversations with God puts boundaries and limits on our relationship with him. I'll find myself praying for (what most would consider) foolish or selfish prayers just because I'm already praying- only to have it answered in a blink, while i'm in the midst of chastising myself for even asking... almost as though God is doing so just to remind me he's listening and nothing is beyond his reach. Our relationship with God is meant to be holistic, it's not as though because you didn't pray it, he didn't already know- but it does ready us to receive his answer, and be mindful of his input and actions. And I guess since I wrote a paper- I'll end with a conclusion. Prayer and faith should be made habitual, we're going to have tests, and there will be seasons where we don't see God at work- or don't perceive how our circumstances could be part of his design... This is why reading scripture and prayer should be routine- these are often the times when we need to pray and draw near to God the most, because we run the most risk of hardening our hearts and growing accustomed to living apart from Him. We then find ourselves in a situation where it takes another act of God to bring us back to the flock, while drawing our difficulties out through our own decisions. By refusing or even just forgetting to give Him our time, our thoughts, and look for / seek the answer He already has waiting for us.

A priest has tried to visit him and my brother just shouted at him saying he is a fake priest. I really have lost hope and at this point I’m just glad he is not out hurting anyone else. We’ve seen his moods, psychotic episodes and paranoia for years, but whatever started a year ago is otherworldly. I’m not sure if there is anything left of him anymore.

I have had several "spirits" trying to interrupt me over the years but I have managed to fight them off myself, I am full of love and light there is no room for their darkness. It all started when I was molested as a child, I definitely had evil following me around poking at me. I have realized that I am stronger than them and I am very aware of my spirituality. I have my belated grandmother that follows me around, she had many mental issues when she was alive and died an early death. Many people thought she was a bad, evil person but mostly it was mental illness. I have disorders and illness but manage it very well I can say thank goodness for modern science and therapy, otherwise I would have committed suicide or even murder by now. It feels like she is learning from me and that she is forgiving herself for the horrid ways she treated people. She did play with the spirit world which I think worsened her mental illness as other things were now in her. I know she will leave me once she has healed. I can not explain it I just know.

I pray one day there will be a class action against prisons for allowing / not preventing assault including rape and drugs. People go to prison to serve time punishments determined by a judge and no extra. They do not cease being citizens in there and require protection as much. Mow if u secretly wish harm upon a prisoner to increase suffering u are of d devil and have no idea how life is interlinked cos prisoners will rejoin society one day bronging with them whatever they hav acquired in prison.

Satan has power too, he can also make things happen to keep a person in darkness; God's word absolutely FORBIDS trying to speak with dead human beings - Mary, though blessed and chosen by the Father, was just like you and me and is not to be sought out because she died, she is NOT equivalent to Christ. Pray to the Father in Jesus' name - you can also pray to Jesus - Christ said "my Father and I are one."

@ricklarchmont This is not contacting the dead. You'd have to be Catholic to understand the difference. The bible is talking about you trying to talk to your deceased uncle George. The reason you are not to do that is because it's not your uncle talking back to you. It's a demon. In the case of Mary, she ascended into heaven already. George has not.

There are so many gold nuggets in this that I can't respond to them all, despite wanting to. So I'll just say thanks for doing this. At one point in the video, I don't remember what was discussed, but I had an urge to pray this for your wife, and it's NOT because of any prophecy of evil or anything like that. The "protection" is security in God's love and yours. At least that's the sense in which I understood these words: Lord, protect Cameron's wife with your love, and let her know how much you love her. May she always recognize the protection and care of her husband, Cameron. Draw her closer to Yourself through the love her husband has for her. I ask this in the Holy Name of Jesus Christ. ✝️Amen

OMG! Thank You for sharing this Story, I just want to say your experience is priceless.. We all need more of this sort of "talking to" I really believe that the power of talking things out is a lost practice. I for one have found the power of talking takes the power out of things that have literally heald us Hostage . Things that hurt us big or small . Secretes keep us . That is a fact and the evil that is aware banks on people to keep secrets. This is the formula to continue the cycle. As long as we are afraid to share,. The horrible misery that is inflicted on us, on our loved ones, on our neighbors, etc. Let's all try to be mindful of the pain that is carried around by the silence. We are all human We are all Gods creation . Jesus is our brother. We are allowed to cry out for help . Thank you so very much for our shared time here today✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨ God Speed

There's a story in the Bible that a woman is sick bleeding for years! Then she says "If ONLY I can touch Jesus clothing, i will be healed" so she struggles through the crowd and barely touches the back of his clothes. Jesus turna around like "who just touched me?" His friends say "We're crowded. There’s people all around of us, what do you mean?" He says "I just felt POWER leave my body" then he finds the woman in the crowd and says "It is YOUR FAITH that has healed you". The POINT IS you dont need anything except for GOD on your side and your FAITH. Ive seen evil and it leaves when I call upon God. That is my faith.
