Got Aaron and Claire Cookbook for Christmas...one of my favorite gifts. Need more recipes for Korean side dishes. Spent 3 months in Seoul and loved the side dishes they have there. Took me a while to get use to sitting on the floor as my legs are too long but after a week or so...all good.

Simply delicious a tip that should be mentioned is to place your meat in the refrigerator allowing it to firm up making it easier to slice more evenly

Thanks for the recipe. You really did make it simple and easy. However, there are not nearly enough peppers! MORE PEPPERS AND I MEAN HOT ONES! As delicious as this dish is it needs some real spice to make it fantastic! Thai peppers are the children's version. Ghost or Trinidad Scorpions are for adults. Carolina Reapers would be for the Ultra Male version! Try it and you will never go back to boring! LOL As you would say, "Trust me!" LOL
