My part-time employer is planning to offer me a Teer 0 or 1 full-time position soon. My husband is already in Canada with an SOWP that is valid till 28 April, 2025. Hello Kubeir. Thank you for bringing us all these updates. I appreciate your effort and enthusiasm. I am on my SOWP valid until July 1st 2025, TEER1 job. My wife completed her 2-year course in December 2024. We are yet to apply for PGWP as she is an ‘implied status’ (She was initially given a study permit till Nov 30th 2024 when her course was until Dec 12th 2024. We applied for an extension in July 3rd 2024 for which a decision is not yet made by IRCC). We connected with our local MP who connected with IRCC and confirmed that process is ongoing but will be delayed further. Do you think if I apply for a work permit extension based on my job it will be rejected ? Will this changes impact my SOWP extension? Thank you very much
