actually u Just need to select the Root or the Top of Joint, then on Menu Selct > Hierarchy. And then go to the Channel Box and change Rotation all axis be Zero. and all is done

This method seems to work with fullbody character that already have a T-Pose at the begining. My character doesn't fullbody and I don't have a T-Pose after zero out all the joints. So this method not work.

Hi. I saw the project, the problem here is that the mesh is already posed and animated with the rotation frozen, at this point getting a pose would be a tedious process.

)) In that case, I supose that building some project based on "free-to-download" content is not so good desision. But there is a team that work on "stalker-like" game and they try to adapt that(and some another) content for their game. The more interesting thing is that this guys tells you that >you< aren't professional, if you can't adapt this peace of sh*t content :) That's what I call russian GamedDev))
