During the Interview:
Start light, have introductions
Keep your questions clear and understandable
Provide time to think and respond
Appreciate good answers
Discuss on the experience and projects worked on
Try to bring out the best in the candidate
Bring the discussion back on track if needed
Look for the right attitude, can learn and perform
Can have practical questions with hands-on
Can use white board for scenario, explanations, structure etc
Understand the candidates expectations, needs
Ask if person has any questions

Hi, both are good, mobile automation will be a good skill set to acquire and have exp into, Cypress you can learn in a weeks time, in any case any of these two skills in itself will not be sufficient, you will need to keep adding to your skill set. Few other things you can consider is - What type of projects will you be doing - Is it product based or service based - Is it small or big organizations (learning in small org/start ups is much more)

Hi Nitin, this will depend on the project setup and tools used, most organizations use JIRA or some other bug tracking & management tools. Basically we need to - document the issue - add all the details - add steps to reproduce - add required screenshots/videos/logs etc - assign to the right team/people - communicate and follow up
