How to calculate target tps if year wise volume and growth is given

@@RaghavPal Let say In a bank 1000 customers is added this year ,10% customers are expected to grow in second year we have to achieve Target Tps for 2 year in PT. Tps=1100/365*8*60*60? Here 8 hours Working per day I have considered. Or we have to remove non working days also My question is ,am I using correct method to calculate tps here?
