finally, someone else who questions how they do this. Not Meri so much, she has left overs in most videos and doesn't eat all of it. But these other mukbangers, they eat entire CAKES, enough for 5-6 people in one sitting, plus more sweets on top of that. I don't know how they do it. I feel like im the only one who leaves questioning comments.

I've seen especially gym guys challenge themselves to eat a huge amount of calories on cheat day. Some mukbangers also say the mukbang is their only meal in the days they film it. As for how healthy or unhealthy that is, idk, not a doctor. Wouldn't do it myself tho
