Only thing I know and can say is that Excalibur Umbra is a playable character in Warframe. Playable characters have "standard" versions and PRIME versions which were the prototypes and stronger and in game they just have a little bit of more health and strength bonuses. Excalibur was one of the first "characters" you play as called a warfame. The game is free to play and when they first came out they offered players invest in the company and those who did got Excalubur Prime, which no player can get normally or ever. Excalibur Umbra Prime was made for new chinese players and everywhere else got Excalibur Umbra which is cosmetically the same.
