The frightening part is that lock manufacturers know this and *still* sell their products to unsuspecting, gullible customers who don't know. LPL has featured countless of videos breaking into even relatively advanced door locks with ease, and many times it's an easily preventable exploit that allows extremely untalented novices without lockpicking expertise to get into your home, such as raking. Your lock is only as strong as your weakest entry point.
