Fun fact: You can keep the invincibility buff (just don't pick it when you get the choice) and activate it at the last boss. If you get it at floor 17, you can run through all the mobs not kill a single one and activate it when you are at the boss, kill the boss in 1.5 min and you're out

Done this on my bm monk. I had stacked dmg & healing increase powers + versatility so I can vivify spam with corrosive dosage to kill easily. Touch of death spammed on packs had 0 cd with reduction powers, affects 5 targets with fatal flying guillotine. Stun locked mobs/ bosses with 0 cd leg sweep with the cd reduction powers This made clearing layer 8 on twisting corridors mostly easy netting myself the corridor creeper at ilv 194

It's the stacking buff on boss which means eventually he will 1 shot you if any ability goes through

He only had 100k health at the end of the run, unbuffed final boss spam ability hit me for 15% of my health when i was 120k health on my druid. Boss gain stacking buff that increases it's damage, so at certain point if you're not fast enough, the boss WILL 1 shot you. I remember finishing layer 3 with only 40k health, because i did not pick any health anima power. The final FIRST auto attack legit hit me for 50% of my health. Luckily i stacked anima power that buff my burst ability, and kill last boss in less than 5s. The ultimate glass canon

uh yeah hi prot paly here. I managed to beat layer 8 after hours upon hours of smacking million+ bosses to death with a spoon. The only reason I survived is because I got an anima power that doubles my armor, dark armament which at max reduces dmg by 25% and a tremorbeast heart...I barely had any damaging anima powers. It was basically the complete opposite of my layer 7 run where I got so much crit chance it was over 100%...plus every single damaging anima power and over 200k hp.

yeah I think the damage/health scaling is messed up for warriors (from the vids I've seen). When I do torghast the mobs have a lot less health and I don't do anywhere near the damage he does. At least for the 4 classes I've run so far (DK, boomkin, shaman, and warlock).

Doing this on priest: OK, for the next pack I will pull these 6 mobs, including the 2 mawrats, and then I will fade, which will spawn a phantom dummy of me that taunts everything and shield it. While the mobs attack the dummy, I will mind control one of the rats so they spawn 10 rats through rapid contagion, then I will mind bomb everything so the low hp mawrats don't run away, then I will AoE down everything and the rats should blow everything up. The longer the fight goes on the boss gets more dmg until they one shot you. I did the boss on my hunter and it had 12,223,000 health and the fight took me 5 minutes of kiting running around get it down, but you better believe if the boss touched me 1 time it was a 1 shot.

an interesting idea, if Torghast videos go on, maybe have a drop down video that shows the power-up he's assembled/playing with. On top of that, have them ranked according to tier level (superior, epic, etc.). An example I'd say to AWC's ability to show gear and what not.

@@kjellannn Stack some death strike lichborn reductions traits + a lichborn radiates death coils and you are basically unkillable. Get 75% death coil buffs and bone of the harvester for damage and the chains of ice + enemy health share combo to obliterate any pack. Get a few % health upgrades to reduce the risk of one shots. The death and decay haste trait is also insanely good.

I literally rerolled to arms after failing to get the required powers on my ret and hitting a brick wall on floor 12 boss several times. It's hilarious blizzard felt the need to nerf paladin anima powers when arms warriors are literally permanently immune to physical damage on top of a further 80% damage reduction from die by the sword, defensive stance and ignore pain. needless to say I 1-shot it as a clueless arms warrior with a solid 5,5 million slam and 1 mill condemns after that on the final boss

Oh he got lucky. We went in yesterday and our debuffs in te end were that you get 10% fire damage every 5 seconds and taking 30% more damage from mobs. It was brutal but we ended up beating it in about 3 hours or so.

You can't change your first anima power but you can change the floor you start on. Starting on physical damage floor into max health floor sucks ass. Start on the fire dmg % health floor, and get the anima that reduces fire damage. easy mode.

The damage a warrior can pump out, the damage a warrior can tank, and the powers a warrior can get, just makes me depressed about running this as a hunter. Can't tank anything on my own, my pet can get oneshot by some mobs, my damage is not even in proximity of what a warrior can dash out, and I can count the number of powers worth grabbing without even using all my fingers on one hand. Torghast is really super fun on some classes and about the most boring thing ever on others.

Do you have to do all 8 layers again every week ? Or just once and then every week 2 times layer 8 ? And Is it so difficult to run difficulty 8 ? I am doing 7 now and was wandering if I am able to. But until now I have no problems when I get the right perks 😁👍

Hes doing twisted corridors and you complete all 8 layers once. For the other 2 torghasg runs you complete 1 through 8 once and 8 will be unlocked for all your characters. You complete layer 8 on each run 1 time every week
