In these situations all you have to do is have the looter, the reciever and the person who was supposed to receive the item open a ticket to the GM and tell them it was a mistake and was supposed to go to a certain person. They will remove the item and give it to the right person. Ive done this many times in wow

And in wrath I never even replaced my tier gear or epics till hitting level 80... cause the stats on gear was very poorly optimized I just pugged naxx 25 in level 70 gear and had top dps cause dumb ass people took the quest gear rewards and got rid of all their hit gear ect... and only had bloated stats like agility and str... making them hit hard only when they hit stuff... key word.. only when they do hit stuff... soo many miss miss miss miss hit....

He cut the roll time off super quick. They're doing things, too. They're not just standing around staring at Asmon. If he's going to just call out a roll at a random time with no warning then he needs to give more time to roll. OR, he needs to make everyone aware a roll is about to happen and give everyone time to get set before rolling. What he did here, intentional or not, was ninja af. And it doesn't help that he highlighted McConnell's roll. That made it look very suspect. McConnell should roll last on things to avoid this in the future. Then everybody gets to roll, and there is no chance for a 2 second cutoff after he rolls. Also. Asmon should say "roll, 10 seconds to roll on INSERT ITEM". Seems obvious to set a limit to avoid these situations.

Looted too quickly, sure maybe, but as soon as other rolls came in Asmon asked McConnell if he really needed it implying he wanted him to trade it off to the actual winner. McConnell goes offline right after being asked. Unless both of them set this up ahead of time in some plot to ninja the helm I'm pretty sure McConnel is the asshole here. He could have traded it off.

No dude, BOTH of them are the assholes. It wasn't an innocent mistake by asmon, it was intentional. It took him literally 3 seconds to go from "roll" to deciding to loot to mcconnel (watch his eyes). No other masterlooter does that, including himself for literally other roll in ANY raid. It was 7 seconds total, 4 of those seconds were spent looking for Mc's name/looting it to him. He would've done it faster if he could've. 3 seconds is TECHNICALLY enough time to type /roll, but obviously any masterlooter that waits 3 seconds would be the world's worst masterlooter. Think it's a coincidence that it HAPPENED to be to his BFF? Or that same person that got gimped on a helmet literally this week? "Hey buddy, I'll be sure to get u a helmet if it drops!!

Used to watch, but man that wasn't unintentional. He did it on purpose. The total time elasped from roll to loot was 7 seconds. If u watch his eyes, he made the decision to loot it to mconnel in about 3 seconds. No masterlooter, in the history of pretty much any game, decides after 3 seconds to stop the roll. And what a coincidence, it's to his BFF who just happened to miss out on a helm the other day. I can't go on supporting a liar like that. If he made an argument for why Mc should get it, probably still a dick move but at least honorable and not a lie. This was a horrible thing to do.
