I learned a long time ago that massive guilds is not a good thing. They tend to compete with one another and way too much drama. I use to run a massive guild for another game and we branched out. I had 3 jobs pretty much on top of a actual working job just maintaining.

Everyone forgets how much raiding sucked in Vanilla with trying to deal with 40 crying babies. 10 Man raids were a godsend. Though I think they should invert the reward structure in live. 10 man content should be harder and have better rewards than the damn flex raid bs. I have been in a couple where over half the raid was dead on the floor and they could still down content.

Not after everyone rolls and the person whom gm and officer wanted to have it did not win roll so you say loot council and give it to someone else. Thats not how it works. Loot council is made to gear up MT, legendaries and items that would benefit the whole raid. So for example lets say a hunter got the leaf quest item and went on to do kill all demons. Then the leaf drops on ony and there are 2 other hunters with no quest, you loot council to the hunter who need it to turn in right now and get rokdellar. The moment a gm and officers start taking advantage of loot council to gear up their friends and screw over the rest is when drama starts and the guild is in trouble. That is why all loot council rules should always be transparant in order to not surprise people and make them understand the reasons.

John Willy Flaten His logic was flawed but I can see why he does it. Royson is a colossal fuck up and shouldn’t be anywhere near the loot council. With his track record everyone is wary of Roy. And I think he was struggling with the fact that Roy gets off scott free and doesn’t lose anything in terms of power in the guild whilst he loses the onixia head he rolled on (despite the roll being unfair due to Roysons fuck up.)

BIS gear is based on your play style, and can be farmed and acquired easily. Some of it is craftable like orders wrath and Heartland, etc. Seems like a lot of shit happening there at WOW!
