The obvious choice from the start would have been for Asmon to make alt characters as GM's in all other Olympus guilds. Him and Mcconnel talked about it, but concluded that leaving it in chaos would eventually bring great content. Its a great show guys, just enjoy it :D

I remember hearing he would act as Co GM and they both knew running this many guilds would turn into chaos.. Easy solution. Make all of your alts GM of your respective guilds. Once you hit character limit make a trusted friends alts of all the rest of the guilds. Then who's going to run the guild make them a rank that can kick and invite. No one can kick the GM so the charter is safe. That way you have a safety against thieves. "Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely" "locks aren't ment to keep out thieves, they're ment to keep honest people honest" eliminate the temptation.

McConnell is completely correct at the end. As a GM they need to be responsible for the feelings of the guild. It is not to the officers to stifle peoples' grievances, it is there job to consolidate the grievances and bring them competently to the GM. But in this case the GM was not around to be held accountable. Once available to account for transgressions against the guild, the GM was unable to handle, essentially, a political revolt, where, because of their unreachable blockage of the chain of command, the officers felt the same grievances. Asmon's blame game, is like a metaphor for something....stifling the political revo....something about...hmmm. Perhaps I should rewatch and see if any *names* jump out at me and remind me...

If he really cared about the other guilds, he would create alts to be GM of the other Olympus guilds. And then use an add on such as Green Wall(?) to link the guilds into a unified chat channel. Then the officers would have a type of pseudo GM role being to invite/kick players etc. This way it would avoid shit like this and essentially keep them under his control.
