Its really sad, that Soloque for 3v3 already exists on a lots of private Burning Crusade, Wotlk or Cataclysm servers with 2x dps and 1x healer setup. So i think Blizzard should add this option also for the live servers. Cheers!

Solo que works until people figure out how to pre-make. Then you get established teams rofling pugs, which undermines the whole 'if your a good player you'll climb" when the top of the pyramid is pre-made

@savix Blizzard should add the following to arena to make it interesting: 1. 1v1 arena (you only play your spec) i.e. ret vs ret frost vs frost etc. No healers allowed. 2. Make 2v2 arena into the following: if you queue as 2 dps you only go against 2 dps. If you queue with heals you get to face dps/heals.

Btw I dont know if you guys noticed but when u queue random BGs right now, when u enter into the BG it puts you into a game with ppl around the same prestige lvl as u, so the idea for soloq queuing you with ppl with the same cr/mmr as u is not that far!

As a casual player myself, I do like the idea of solo-queue. However, in arenas I can see it being a problem (especially for casuals). If it is already hard to find partners at a low rating in team queue, imagine how many will be taken away because they prefer solo-queue. This will lead to only about 2.2k+ players queueing for team queue. Also, with arenas being so reliant on composition, this will lead to various problems. Solo-queue for 6v6 BGs, as Zack said, is definitely a good way to implement solo-queue.

You spam chat with players who still have their partners. That when solo que comes in. Or you wake up early and none of your friends are online. Another time solo que comes in. He right to about specific specs and races also. You might have a player who mastered his spec in his class but players refuse to play with him/her because the spec not meta. It's also another way to meet people of equal skills to pair up with and que together.

Soloque only works if they increase the penalty for leaving a match by a lot. Otherwise you will have people that keep leaving until they get the comp they want or as soon as they start losing.

To be honest, games with lower populations have been doing solo queue for a while now. It's not unheard of. SWTOR has been running solo queue for years now without any problems. It gets more participation than the team bracket, or at least did when I played. If an incompetent developer like fucking BIOWARE can pull it off, why can't Blizzard?

actually i've been playing wow since WOTLK and never really went into pvp coz it's impossible to even start the arena...pple ask for previous extension achiev to group you in the actual one..... so wether u fin a friend and tryhard or pay and i will never pay to win!!! GO SOLOQUE!!!!!!!!!!
