Wow, what a surprise, Logan made a statement buried in legalese pertaining to $1.8 million in refunds, moved the goalposts, and referenced the exact wording of the $ZOO holdings clause in his discord, that basically negates almost all of his statements about issuing refunds. Wow, gee, it's almost as if his team knew entirely that this scope of finance is so new and lacks so many regulation laws that it'd be near impossible to sue over the losses, and that 99.998 percent of people do not have the time or resources to do so, I am shock

I think the point about people who sold at a loss (and that being their tough luck) needs to be re-examined. The rules change when your dumb investment turns out to be a scam. Imagine you take your savings and go to a casino. That’s dumb, there’s a reason people say the house always wins in the end. But in theory you could hit it big on the roulette or jackpot the slots. You could win. Now imagine you walk into a casino with your savings and exchange it for chips. Then as you are headed to the floor, the lights go out, casino’s closed, and you’re thrown out with just a rack of chips. By all appearances, the casino goes out of business for over a year. Then one day it opens up again with a notice that is like “did we screw you over? Turn in your chips for a (partial) refund.” But you’re like “I lost my house, those chips got destroyed. You have the records of me buying from you and it really seems like you did something illegal. Now because I don’t have the chips you sold me when you scammed me, you get away with it?” Logan scammed his investors. That can’t be viewed the same as a risky investment.

1st, I don’t think that people should get all their money back. This isn't about public opinion - his responses exposed him to genuine legal prosecutions which any of his lawyers would have told him if he'd had them vetted before posting them online. Basically, they caught up with him, explained to him how dumb he was, and what the likely legal ramifications would be, and that he HAD to delete them and put up an apology and hope to God no-one took things any further. He could literally have been federally indicted for some of the things he said in his response videos; nevermind civil suits. Also, I am immediately going to set up a Kickstarter for 8-Bit Dog, a new NFT program that lets you breed 8-bit pictures of dogs with Tetris blocks and use the results to play Jenga against other people and win all their remaining blocks when the tower virtually falls over.

Logan increased the refund in Dollar terms because Ethereum went up 25%. So 1000 Eth are now 1.6 Million Dollar and not 1.3 Million. He didnt actually increase it. Ethereum just is more worth today than it was when he did the video.
