For me personally, it's a good 70% I disagree with Asmon on a surprising amount of stuff, but I at least value that he's able to speak out on content that the media considers taboo. Even if we don't align with a lot of opinions we have or some of his actions, I generally find him to be the most agreeable compared to the thousandth "you're X label if Y" or "Z is good always no matter what otherwise you're X" He is far more accepting than a good 80% of other influencers on Twitch or KZbin, which is ironic considering that they're usually the type of people to consider themselves "tolerant" "accepting" or "unique." My best guess for this is that casuals are a large part of the audience and they get their gaming recommendations from word of mouth. And who do they get word of mouth from? Their hardcore friends who consume a lot of gaming content and are able to put the pieces together of what's happening in the gaming industry. Therefore if you don't cater to the hardcore your AAA game will not be profitable.
