My mom had been fond of these types of books lately, and i think i find myself starting to enjoy it too. If not in the mood of reading, i could just flip the pages to look at the pictures. A nice book to have when you really want to be on auto pilot, in my opinion. The squeezinh sounds nice, Kat. Noticeable but not overwhelming.

I just got Soundcore ear buds, so I have the full ASMR experience again. 3 months I had none. I was excited this was the first video I got to try them out on and have listened to it since Wednesday night. I always enjoy your content, but this was especially good! Cheers Kat 💜

Perhaps page squeezing is an acquired taste, like Brussels sprouts or sauerkraut or jogging. 🙂

@PoisabloomASMR Jogging was, indeed, an acquired taste for me, though I've always loved sauerkraut. Brussels sprouts, however, have yet to earn the favor of my palate. 😂

Hey there Fantasti-Kat! 🤗 I’ve got a feeling you knew that I was going to love this video 🙂. Page-turning with thick, glossy pages? Page-squeezing with some tracing sprinkled in? The requisite beautiful hands and nails? All while showing a book about Canada? Wow, what could be better than that? (the answer is nothing, in case you’re wondering. Well, actually, a book about Belgium would be nice 😊). By the way, the lupines shown on the NB introductory page will soon be in bloom here (end of June to early July). They’re very colourful and have a sweet fragrance. We see them when we go walking. I imagine you must have some beautiful wild flowers in Belgium? Thank you Kat! I noticed because I really enjoy your cute and witty commentary about how you acquired the items in your videos 🙂)

Thank you for the support, Super Darren! 🙏🤗 That's very sweet of you; I hope you know that it's appreciated. ❤ Yep, it was easy to predict how much you'd enjoy this video. 😉 I'm glad the prediction was right. Wow, those bluebonnets, growing at tall as they do, must be quite the spectacle. Will you go out and photograph them? Over here, they are sometimes used to help make the soil more fertile but only rarely. Yes, you guessed right, I found this book in the thrift shop. Surprisingly, books in English are commonly dropped off there, which makes me curious about the adventurous life those books must have lived. It's a shame they can't talk and spill the beans. 🙂 Thanks again for everything. I hope the weekend brings everything you'd hoped it would. ❤

Hey, there! 🤗 Thanks for your question. I use a Blue Yeti mic for most of my videos. It's affordable and does the job. I hope that helps. Good luck with your future videos!
