I really appreciate that you read and share with us different types of genres even when it's not always your thing. This made for a very interesting assortment of books. Having read some that you didn't like (the Four Winds) I found your perspective respectful and still insightful even though i personally love historical fiction. As a mother myself it was really a hard read even though ultimately I gave it 5 stars. Thank you for your honesty! Kind of funny but now I'm adding the Steven King book to my list - history and time travel sounds perfect to me!

Perfect way to end the day. Thanks Issy. 🥱💤❤ Totally agree about Bookshops & Bonedust. Really enjoyed it but Legends & Lattes still holds number one spot in my cosy fantasy reads so far. I’d kind of hoped that book two would be a sequel with more from Viv and Tandri and the loveable, quirky cast of characters I adored in L&L (🥰 Thimble! 🥰) But the prequel was still a cute,feel good tale and again, I did the audios with Travis narrating and he nailed them both ! Looking forward to the bookshelf tour. 😊
