My mom used to do these head massages on me when I was a kid, and my dad would massage my back usually, and I would literally fall sleep 5 minutes after they started scratching either my head or back. Oh man, time has passed real fast, I wish I had a free few minutes to go somewhere for a head massage. But, now days, I dont even have time to eat proprelly because of work, college and gym… d4mn.

If you watch on the pc press windows enter cmd go into the command thing, then shutdown /s /t 1800 the number is the seconds when your computer should shut down, so in this example it would be 1800 seconds = 30 minutes. Maybe this helps :D

In the beginning, maybe first 10 minutes (I jumped ahead) it would have so much relaxing if the scalp was done at a slower pace. Maybe you have those I just haven't found it. But when I'm falling asleep to these, slower is more soothing. Regardless, I always look to your videos when I can't sleep. They always do the trick (when I find the slower movements) 😊
