I used to be the girl who had the hair everyone wanted to play with, and I really thought that it would continue when I left school. Boy was I wrong, and boy do I miss it. What's the point in having hair to your waist if no one plays with it?

I went to a primarily black school in Philadelphia and I have very fine, straight blonde hair so I was always mesmerized with black hair and the girls were always mesmerized by mine. Getting my hair played with in class brings back such fond memories.

The only person who ever played with my hair in school was the quiet guy. You know the type. Black clothes, usually sleeps through class. Keeps to himself etc. After seat change I ended up sitting in front of him. I was pretty shy n socially awkward myself so we didn't chat but he did often play with my hair. The first two times startled me but I never said anything. I let him be not like he was hurting me or anything. He just tired the ends, sometimes using pencils to pretend curl strands, sometimes adding lil braids or using his never ending rubber bands to make mini styles. I quite enjoyed it. Unfortunately I moved few months later 😢

I need to tell you that I have listened to this particular video every night for >1 week. Thank you. Falling to sleep has been a lifelong problem and I have tried EVERYTHING. I have tried to listen to ASMR many times but it always failed because a lot of people make mouth noises I find repulsive...like chewing loudly with mouth open. Your voice is absolutely perfect for me, and am so happy your channel showed up in my feed. In addition to your voice, your creativity, acting skills, and your storylines are great and often very funny. I tried listening to the obsessive-teenaged friend but kept laughing too hard to sleep😅 Listening to your voice is part of my nightly routine...I am going to start watching your shorter content before I retire to relax.😊
