Absolutely love your videos... my therapist has saw a big improvement and she asked what ive been doing, if anything and i showed her your ASMR page... Shes looking into researching with some of her colleagues on ASMR and how it helps certain mental illnesses. 🩷💜 I wanna thank you for helping me so much, Allie! Discovering ASMR has had such an enormous positive impact on my insomnia and anxiety. It’s so nice to be able to shut off my brain for just a little while and actually enjoy living in my body 😂 plus a good sleep is always appreciated

4:05 numbers 1-9 are written in words. numbers 10+ are written with numbers

Hi! Editor here! At 4:10 you asked why one number was spelled out and the other was a numeral. It’s most likely because the book is following AP Style, which stipulates that numbers under ten are spelled out and numbers ten and up are written as numerals. :)

I dont work in book publishing but what I can tell you that in Germany (where I live) numbers from 0-9 get writen out as words and two or more digit numbers are numbers (idk how it is in other countries maybe the same). Like you would write ,,Seven Dogs, 10 Cats and 100 Snakes" It's a grammar thing here and to make the writing easier cause sometimes people make tipping/writing mistakes for smaller numbers.

Where i live (baden-Württemberg) we write the numbers 1-12 out and everything past 13 is in numbers, so twelve cats and 13 dogs

With the number spelling thing anything under 10 is usually always spelled out and anything above 10 is always in the numerical form mostly because the words get longer and take up more space.

@@ASMRGalaxy 😅 sorry I wasn’t very clear. I meant like “I spy” books where each page is a different I spy puzzle, if you’re familiar with those. I don’t know if other asmrists do it. I just thought it’d be a nice idea. Kind of like the spit the difference videos you’ve done.
