I usually don't like the scratchy sounds on foam but this one worked really well for me since the scratches were so sensitive. fell to sleep instantly last night. also shushing and breathing are my favorite triggers!

I liked this, but I think it needed more constant scratching. The pauses in the noise bring me out of sleep, rather than induce it. For example, like the towel wave videos you do where the noise is constant.
