Video idea: 💡 💡 💡 A mix of visual and audio triggers. Where the sound comes before the visual, not so much that its overly distracting... but a bit of a delay can actually be pretty great! (Came up with this by accidentally changing the speed of the video and then when I fixed it the audio was slightly ahead of the video and it really added to the experience)

Diolie Holmes i have adhd and sometimes if it is bad enough, some hear voices in their heads. some think that they might’ve developed schizophrenia, but it’s not negative. Adhd can cause many problems such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and eating disorder. believe it or not.

Diolie Holmes someone has explained ADHD to you already but I wanted to also have an input, it’s basically when a person with the medical condition ADHD (Attention deficit Hyperactivity disorder) can’t concentrate like most people can, they usually can’t control themselves and are hyperactive (unless it’s ADD, Attention Deficit Disorder) and are usually not paying much attention or any at all. My sister has it and if you try to tell her something, she’s in a different world (not literally of course) and you have to repeat it many times before she can process it. Of course everyone differs in symptoms, those are just some I’ve experienced with my sister.
