@good-knightasmr67134 жыл бұрын
Nope. the car he crashed was it's predecessor, the concept one. that crash was one of the driving factors that led them to develop this car instead! Because the crashed car caught fire so spectacularly, they but a ton of money into developing a safer structure.
@theASMRnerd4 жыл бұрын
As others have pointed out, that was the Rimac Concept One. Apparently, due to that incident, the C Two features a fire extinguisher in the back that says "In case of hill climb, extinguish fire" on it 😂

Hey Nick. You should consider a 1440p ultrawide monitor rather than a 4K monitor. 4K is still not amazing when you're using all the bells and whistles (ray tracing, etc), even with a 3080. And I've found an ultrawide much more useful when not gaming.
@theASMRnerd4 жыл бұрын
I appreciate the suggestion, and you're right that some games (Control comes to mind) still seem to struggle to hit 60 FPS with RT on, even on a 3080 (although DLSS solves that, I believe). My plan is to get an LG CX 48 OLED, which is 4K, but also as an OLED has perfect blacks, so if I can't run a game smoothly at native 4K, I can just drop down to a letterboxed ultrawide resolution and still have it look fantastic!
@Sebastianimator4 жыл бұрын
@@theASMRnerd Great choice! Serves as a fantastic (if a little small) 4K TV at the same time. HDR is actually more of a gamechanger than 4K in my opinion anyway, and with this you'll get best of both worlds! You'll want to make sure you can sit far enough away from it to use effectively if you're using it as a monitor. Also keep in mind that it's only HDMI - no DisplayPort. And the HDMI is only 2.0b, not HDMI 2.1, so you will only be able to get 60fps @ 4K, as opposed to the 120fps capable in a HDMI 2.1 TV. Though you've always struck me as a "quality" over "performance" settings kinda guy, so I imagine 60fps will be fine :)

I realize it is quite late response, but the Rimac in this game for some reason starts bugging everything out, with having no sound it also makes a weird effect on all other noises in the game too. Don’t worry about your game or PC! :] Fantastic Stuff However, love this game indeed.
@justtae49463 жыл бұрын
Also, simply getting into another car will remove the stuttering, even if you hop right back in the Rimac it should be fine.

This car is an ev but still screams sound for me but also the second gear is where the motor receives most acceleration from and it Is in the rimac and the porche taycan
@SepherixTheFox4 жыл бұрын
That stuttering is typically CPU limitation or world generation. From what I was seeing it mostly occurred when you were traveling in one direction for a while leading me to believe its world generation, which would be a storage limitation. I'd check the health of whatever you have this game installed on. If HDD, I recommend migrating to an SSD. If SSD, I'd check to see if something is eating up drive access like Windows Indexing service or other.
@SepherixTheFox4 жыл бұрын
Assuming this game is installed on an HDD. Frequent updates means the world data is spaced out over different places on your drive as things get updated. If you can't migrate this game to an SSD, completely uninstalling, defragging your drive, then reinstalling should result in all the world data being in one place on your HDD or at least very close together allowing for faster reads. This should resolve the stuttering.
@theASMRnerd4 жыл бұрын
@@SepherixTheFox I think you hit the nail on the head! Since the stuttering recently developed, I think it's more likely an asset streaming/HDD fragmentation issue than a CPU issue. I have it installed on a 7,200 RPM HDD, and I'd follow your advice if I wasn't planning whole platform upgrade in the very new future! After the overhaul, it'll be installed on a fast SSD, and I'll have a much faster CPU and GPU, so I'm not too worried!
